21/07/2025: We ate excellent pasta and potatoes with provola cheese, just as good as Nennella's. The fried pizza was delicious, cooked to perfection, and the ricotta was delicious.

11/07/2025: The pizza was really delicious, and the tiramisu was okay too. A huge number of pizzas were picked up by delivery services, which speaks volumes. Unfortunately, the seating feels like a better takeout place. However, we were also asked several times to leave a review so we could receive a gift (=cheap liqueur).

13/07/2025: A distinctive restaurant, from the location to the ambiance to the menu. The famous Ischian-style rabbit (reservation required) is highly recommended, and is served with bucatini pasta, a first course, cooked in the same sauce. A live pianist completed the romantic atmosphere.

06/07/2025: We booked the sunset table and the views were excellent. We had the fish of the day (tuna) with aubergine and mint stew - this was delicious The ischian salad in the pizza crust was also a nice novelty and really tasty. We also had the tagliatelle and ragù, would definitely get this again too.

03/06/2025: The pizza was very good, but 1 hour wait for 1 marinara and a margherita is crazy, especially if when you order them they tell you "max 20 minutes". A bit unfair that they gave priority to orders made on the phone who would come to pick them up rather than those of customers who had gone to order and wait there.

15/05/2025: A truly beautiful restaurant with attention to every detail, from the location, to welcoming customers to the tasting of the dishes with step-by-step explanations regarding the creation, combinations, etc. They are also very careful in asking for any allergies, intolerances and in explaining all the ingredients and allergens contained in the dishes Even though it is called Locanda di Nonna Rosa, you should not expect a rustic, country and traditional look from the place, but it is a real contemporary restaurant with modern and cutting-edge cuisine with cod as the main ingredient in every preparation with astonishingly unusual but extremely delicious combinations We loved their cuisine but above all their desserts based on pellecchielle apricot compote, truly superb.

The service in general was very good and the pizza was delicious and well made. At the end, the pizza chef, the attendant and the cashier talked to us and we were all happy. Incredible <3

22/06/2025: Warm hospitality and solid pizza – a truly Italian experience From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the kind of warmth you hope for in an Italian restaurant. A cheerful welcome from the waiter, a bit of small talk about where we’re from and our favorite football teams, and even a few personal stories about the pizzaiolo’s background. This place has hospitality mastered – both the welcome and the goodbye felt genuinely heartfelt. The interior is clean and tidy, though not entirely to my personal taste. The menu is printed on a trimmed A4 sheet – simple, but at least easy to read. Drinks are served in small plastic cups, which felt a bit cheap and took away from the overall atmosphere. A pity. The pizza itself was traditional and very good – not the best I’ve ever had, but certainly above average. The dough was quite airy, and the crust crisp – a bit too crisp for my liking. The fior di latte cheese was slightly chewy in texture, but overall I’d still give the pizza a solid 4 out of 5. My companion had a fried pizza, which was also tasty, though lacking a bit in flavor depth. Again, 4 out of 5. One big plus: our food arrived in under 10 minutes. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian experience with genuinely friendly service and well-made pizza, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Recommended!

25/06/2025: We have been coming to Sorrento for the past few years and this is by far our favourite restaurant in town. The food is amazing, the staff equally so, and always make us feel welcome every time we visit. Il migliore ristorante di Sorrento!

11/06/2025: I was in the restaurant for lunch, I ordered a Caesar Salad at 1.40pm and at 2.26pm I got up from the table without having eaten. Not only did they not apologize but they did not give any explanation as to why I waited almost 1 hour without having eaten lunch. A disgrace.

19/05/2025: The restaurant was recommended to us by a friend and it was a great choice to go there. Polite and helpful staff, delicious dishes (eggplant parmigiana and pasta provola and potatoes SPECIAL) and generous portions. Well-kept place and very pleasant outdoor area! More than fair prices! I highly recommend going!

04/06/2025: I was there yesterday, we had a fixed fish menu, 35 euros per person, the menu includes an appetizer, first course, second course, dessert and coffee, everything very good and well cooked, the owner is helpful but gets too familiar, but if you like the sea air this is the right place.

30/05/2025: We had dinner at the Locanda dei Borgia. Family management. Intimate setting with porcelain cutlery and accessories. Spectacular company from the owner. The menu and wine list were well-curated. We took the fish menus, very fresh and cooked in a harmonious way, with a superfine taste. My child, who doesn't like fish, was given a menu reserved for him and managed in an organized manner. Fast service. At the end they offered us a liqueur and a trio of desserts, not to mention the clean, well-kept and colorful setting in Amalfi / Torre del Greco style, as tradition dictates. Thank you

11/07/2025: One of the best pasta places I’ve tried in Italy so far! I had the ragu bolognese – generous portion, rich and full of flavor. My husband had something with truffle, and his was just as delicious. Cozy spot, great atmosphere – we’d definitely come back!

23/07/2025: I had a truly wonderful meal. The food was excellent, everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff was friendly and, above all, knew how to explain what you were ordering. I found the place clean, as were the tables and dishes. What surprised me most was that they undercharged me, not overcharged me like many other competitors do. They took 59 cents off my bill instead of adding 41. Great! The only problem, I'd say, was parking, but obviously we're downtown and it's not their fault. Prices are rising, but overall, they're average for other restaurants in the same category. Deserved 5 stars.

23/07/2025: Antica Trattoria e Pizzeria da Donato was the place that left best memories and culinary experience though all the stay. As we didn't book a table we had to wait for available one but the staff were very reassuring and welcoming. As soon as the table was ready, we were asked if we liked the table. The staff went beyond a mile to make us feeling welcome and special. During the whole evening they were professional, friendly, helpful. The menu consists lots of dishes, starring from standard starters through more sublime ones, pizza, pasta dishes etc. Lots of dishes are sea-food based. Vegetarian options also available. The good wine selection and the staff is happy to recommend or pair some for you. Despite the restaurant was full, our meal was served promptly and prepared as we asked. The portions were very generous and the food was absolutely scrumptious! Best pasta with neapolitan ragù I have ever had, the pizza was great too! It's in top 3 of all pizzas during the stay. Great meal! The tiramisu was OK, not exactly what I expected but the coffee was great. The atmosphere of the place seems cosy and authentic, nice simple decor with Italian colours. Despite the place was buzzing, it didn't feel to crowded or too loud to talk.

28/05/2025: We went to this seafood restaurant in Somma Vesuviana for a dinner with friends and the experience was excellent from every point of view. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the manager himself, who immediately put us at ease with kindness and professionalism. The dinner was really delicious: very fresh seafood dishes, with attention to detail and full of flavor. Each course was a pleasant discovery, accompanied by attentive but never intrusive service. 08/06/2025: La nostra prima volta è stata per festeggiare il compleanno di nostro figlio di 9 anni che ha scelto proprio lui di venirci e abbiamo fatto proprio bene. Tanti antipasti a scelta artigianali e di ottima qualita per non parlare dei panini enormi e saporiti. Torneremo per assaggiare la vasta scelta di carne che ci tentava dalla vetrine a vista. 31/05/2025: This burger exceeded my expectations. Being from America we didn’t know what to expect , but the burger was really good. I got the uncle of America burger and it was super delicious. The bread was light and fluffy but was able to hold all the cheesy meaty goodness. I bought two burgers not knowing the portion size and immediately knew it was way too much food. The burgers are massive and thick. The price you pay reflects on the quality you reserve. Overall great burger joint
