05/02/2026: Excellent steamed and fried dumplings and the dumpling soup was good for the soul. The rice platter was a bit plain. Definitely should be the designated dumpling spot in Norfolk.

01/11/2025: True and best hospitality in a wonderful familiar setting. Best fish, extraordinary soup dish, good wine - and the service extremely well organised and attending. More than a recommendation - a "must go" in this area! It's where the locals eat and meet. And they know how to celebrate good seafood!

21/04/2026: Frankly, I was a bit disappointed. The pizza is definitely traditional, almost wagon wheel-shaped, with a very salty dough. The ingredients didn't seem to be of the highest quality: the fior di latte at a certain point became rubbery. The prices are high, definitely not in line with the quality and location. The place is small and crowded. You leave the pizzeria completely filled with the smell of food. In short, I've satisfied my curiosity about going there, but I definitely won't be returning.

18/04/2026: Too bad I arrived just before closing time, so I couldn't sit down. Luckily, I was able to grab a takeout... after all, pizza is eaten with your hands. 5 stars

19/04/2026: Wow - What an incredible restaurant. You can understand why they have held a Michelin Star for 15+ years! The staff knew it was our Honeymoon and the service was impeccable! But the real star here is for the food - The flavours, presentation and quality were amazing and paired so well together. Highly recommend for a quality high-end restaurant experience!

15/04/2026: 5 stars. The atmosphere was wonderful. The service was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious; you can tell it has a Michelin star. The chef was also very involved, frequently checking if everything was alright. I would definitely return.

13/04/2026: Right on the seafront, with only the sound of the surf. We went the day after they reopened and found the atmosphere impeccable, the fish fresh, the service courteous and impeccable, and the price fair. We'll gladly return.

28/03/2026: One of the hotels that left me speechless. The extremely kind, professional, and helpful staff. A 6-star welcome for our four-legged friend. A super comfortable bed, his bowls, and a sweet treat of biscuits. The most beautiful sea view room I've ever seen. The attention to detail in the furnishings, from the lighting to the fabrics, was perfect. Since it was March, we didn't use the pool or beach, which will certainly be a plus in the summer. The room had everything you need, even for the beach. The location in the center of Sorrento is perfect for exploring the city on foot, and close to the square and all amenities. For those who want to treat themselves to a wonderful pampering experience, this place will leave you speechless.

06/04/2026: A great discovery, it's a shame it was our last day in Naples. We went on Easter Sunday, so for obvious reasons (many other places were closed), we had to wait a bit for a table... but it was worth it. The food was excellent. Mrs. Luciana was very kind, as was all her staff. The pizza chefs even brought a pizza dough to the table to help me while my daughter waited... all the dishes were beautiful and delicious, from the starters, which were delicious and plentiful, to the main courses, and the excellent pizza... Congratulations to everyone.

06/04/2026: Superbe. I've lived in Italy for over 23 years and commonly eat well when eating out. It is rare that I will post a review. La Taverna di Luciana is one of those special finds that absolutely merits distinction. Starting with the bread that goes on the table, moist sour dough with a great crunch, to the seafood pasta brimming with flavor, to the crisply fried cod fish in a delicate batter. All of it was so expertly executed. My husband's pizza, a simple Margherita was so light and so profumati. Just delicious. My grilled squid was sweet and tender. To finish I had the lightest pastiera I've ever had in my life. All homemade. Incredible quality. Reasonable prices. Do not miss this place. The staff were kind and welcoming. No pretense, just really good food. I'll definitely come again the next time I'm in Naples.

06/04/2026: It's our fifth day in Naples, and after eating just about everywhere, we came to La Locanda del Grifo on the recommendation of the hotel staff. In our opinion (obviously subjective), it's the place where we've eaten best: we were greeted with great warmth, the ingredients are excellent, and no one rushes you when you're finished. We wish this restaurant many more customers who appreciate not only quantity but also quality. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome!

12/02/2026: We had a team dinner here tonight and it was definitely a great choice! The owner really treated us and made great recommendations. Table favorites were the burrata, meatballs, orecchiette cime di rapa, and mushroom pizza although everything was amazing. Took great care of a gluten allergy as well. Thanks for taking great care of us on a pretty last minute reservation!

19/04/2026: I had dinner here with my family on a Saturday night. The evening went well. The fish was definitely fresh and beautifully presented. The prices aren't exactly affordable, but the quality justifies them.

11/04/2026: What a lovely discovery! We stopped by this restaurant to use a Smartbox gift and were not disappointed. The dishes are prepared with great care and are beautiful both to look at and to taste. The owner and staff are truly friendly. I highly recommend it.
