09/10/2025: Brilliant meal here, recommended by our hotel and it was so good. We had an amazing pizza and the gnocchi sorrentina was fantastic. Prices were good and a good price range for wines.
07/10/2025: There food and service were amazing! The staff were attentive without being intrusive and the owner visited among the tables. We shared 5 dishes among 3 people. I finished with the Nutella tiramisu which is the best I’ve had in my week long visit to Italy. We were so hungry we didn’t take pictures but everything was presented well and the tiramisu s was a work of art!

13/10/2025: Another strange experience, honestly. We're not used to private beaches, and in this region, 99% of the beach is taken over by restaurants, so you expect top-notch service, and that's not the case at all. In such a touristy place, they don't speak Spanish or English—absurd! Later, they only had one waiter, who was hardly a waiter at all. He set the table in five stages, because instead of bringing everything on a tray... he brought us: the tablecloths first and left, then after a few minutes he came back with the silverware and left, then the plates, and then the menus. So, if you ask about the food, I'll leave that to your own amusing conclusion. In short, expensive and bad.

14/08/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Fracatel! The food was absolutely superb — fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with the best local ingredients. The service was outstanding: the staff took such good care of us, always kind, attentive, and thoughtful about our needs, never once making us feel rushed or unwelcome. One especially touching moment was when a member of the team celebrated their birthday and kindly shared their homemade cake with us — such a sweet gesture that made us feel like part of the family. A true gem where hospitality and quality go hand in hand. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. In addition to the accommodation, Casa Nori, run by Filomena, is very good. Comfortable, practical, and everything is new.
Filomena recommended this restaurant to us. We had a wonderful dinner by the sea. The food was excellent, from the pasta and appetizers to the pizzas.
We'll definitely be back before we leave. Good value for money.
Filomena was always attentive.
05/06/2026: We dined at Ristorante L'Approdo, in the charming port area of Piano di Sorrento, and the experience was decidedly positive.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and professionalism. The setting is simple but well-maintained, and the dining room, located just meters from the boats docked at the piers, exudes an authentic atmosphere that makes you feel truly part of port life and the journey.
We finally found portions worthy of the name, generous and satisfying. The menu offers seafood cuisine with typically Mediterranean flavors, with well-prepared dishes and quality ingredients. Special praise goes to the first courses, tasty and generous in portions: the seafood spaghetti certainly deserves a special mention and is a must-try.
The fried shrimp, pre-peeled and cooked to perfection, were also excellent. The fish is fresh, the quality of the dishes is good, and the preparation enhances the flavors without being overbearing.
The prices are in line with other restaurants in the area and represent good value. We also appreciate the convenient elevator, which makes reaching the restaurant effortless.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious seafood dinner in a quaint and authentic setting.

18/04/2026: Absolutely terrible service. I wanted to have pizza with my husband, but I ate alone because my husband's pizza was wrong twice in a row. The non-EU waiter didn't even understand the correction we explained to him precisely. It's true that they didn't charge it, but my husband was left hungry and the evening was ruined. We won't be returning.

The ambiance, the location, and the food were perfect. We would like to emphasize the outstanding quality of the ingredients and the extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming service. 18/03/2026: Already yesterday, Easter Monday, there were people sunbathing, despite the temperature being just above 20 degrees. At the little bar you could buy pizzas.

This morning I went to this establishment after booking an umbrella and loungers (with their confirmation) via WhatsApp the day before. Once I arrived, they spent a good 10 minutes looking for my reservation, almost incredulous that I could have one. Okay, I wait and then show them their message anyway, and after another five minutes they finally find it. We asked to pay by debit card, and the lady gave us their €25 receipt but not the electronic payment receipt. After half an hour, I received a text message from SumUp telling me that I had authorized a €50 payment to Bagno Rosita! I went back to the cashier, and the lady started babbling about how she didn't know, that she needed to check, and a whole series of excuses. However, when I asked her how they could have made a mistake and charged me double the agreed amount, she realized it was best to refund me. If you're a tourist, be very, very careful. If I hadn't received a text message, I wouldn't have discovered the scam until a few days later. Of course, I kept both the receipt and the message. As far as I'm concerned, it's not a trustworthy place.

09/06/2026: The location was absolutely gorgeous. It is not close to much but the view is spectacular. The room itself, breakfast, and service were terrible. The beds are uncomfortable with sheets that had holes and felt paper thin. We stayed with several others who had ran out of toilet paper, were hesistant to give extra towels, the shower has so much build up that it is not usable unless using the hose. The breakfast was subpar with pastries that were not great and a coffee machine that didn't give espresso and the other options gave burnt espresso or coffee. The dinner service was awful. We had plans to eat two nights and ended up going somewhere else the next night in Sorrento. Great place to at least lay your head at night but definitely most basic of rooms.
29/05/2026: 2 Days: What can I say? A bad experience: nightmare rooms with no light, poorly maintained bathrooms, bar service, and buffet breakfast, with no attention paid to the coffee machine and the cappuccino, which were empty! The only positive thing: the friendly owner and the strategic location with a beautiful sea view. The rest needs to be reconsidered.

The girls are truly kind and always ready to make you feel at ease. Every time I come in, I feel right at home: the atmosphere is serene and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and taking some time for myself.
During my treatment, I enjoy chatting with them and discussing personal matters. It's wonderful to have this kind of connection in such a welcoming environment. The owner is a wonderful person, very kind and with a strong personality that exudes confidence. You can tell she loves what she does, and that makes the experience even more enjoyable.
In an hour of pampering, I found not only excellent service, but also a place where I can leave the stresses of everyday life behind. I highly recommend this beauty salon to anyone looking for some relaxation and a quality beauty treatment.
