To celebrate a special birthday, we chose Chef Gramaglia's cuisine, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The welcome and the atmosphere From the moment we entered, we were greeted by the Chef's wife, an extremely professional figure who immediately put us at ease. The ambiance is meticulously crafted, elegant yet with a touch of warmth that makes you feel "at home," making the experience almost familiar despite the exceptionally high level of service. The gastronomic journey From aperitif to dessert, every step was a crescendo of flavors. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, but it's the Chef's skill that makes the difference: The Egg: Simply unforgettable. A balance of textures and temperatures that remains etched in the memory. The Fusillone: ​​It left us literally speechless; a dish worth the trip alone. The Human Touch The real added value was meeting Chef Gramaglia. He's a wonderful person with a rare warmth; chatting with him after the meal was an extremely pleasant moment that further enriched our day. In summary: An experience I highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just "luxury food"—a true experience. Celebrating my birthday here was the best choice for creating memories tied to fantastic flavors.

24/02/2026: Thank you for making such a special day for us, our anniversary, unforgettable, for the special welcome you gave us, and the elegant and relaxing atmosphere that accompanied us throughout the meal. Mrs. Laila was the perfect hostess, and Chef Paolo Gramaglia was superb, surprising us from the first course to the last with dishes that were beautiful to look at but, above all, incredibly delicious. We will definitely return and recommend the President restaurant to anyone who wants to feel at home while savoring unique and exquisite dishes, the result of a combination of the best Neapolitan tradition with the flavors and aromas of distant lands. We understand that charging for bread is normal in Italy, but given the delay and despite the staff’s apologies due to being short-staffed, a small commercial gesture would have been appreciated. Overall, it leaves a rather mixed impression.

19/03/2026: A lovely little place just steps from the Pompeii ruins. Weather permitting, you can enjoy your food under a lovely pergola. Excellent pizza, flavorful and fragrant, made with top-quality ingredients. Fast and friendly staff. Prices are high, but reasonable for the area.

03/04/2026: We searched for this restaurant randomly on Google, trusted it, and booked, but we were absolutely right. The place is a bit out of the way but easy to get to. It's a traditional restaurant with a beautiful, well-kept garden. The food was excellent, both the meat and the pasta dishes, and even the pizza. The staff were kind, welcoming, professional, and super helpful. If you're in the area, go there—it's definitely worth it.

01/04/2026: Extremely nice family-run restaurant . The food is cheaper than others but the quality is through the roof. They offer snacks upfront, included in the service fee, we think its tbe first place that deserved the service fee (1.5€)

26/03/2026: Very nice place, the food is really tasty and homely, the atmosphere is calm and not forced (for some it's a plus, for some it's a minus), the prices are moderate and not bad. We are glad that we visited this place instead of those closer to the square that shout about themselves when you pass by, while many locals had dinner in this restaurant. Therefore, I think it's definitely worth visiting this place!

12/07/2025: Pessimo servizio Cameriere scostumato. Mi hanno servito una fetta di spigola sfilettata piena di spine ed alla mia lamentela il cameriere mi ha suggerito di non ordinare pesce se non gradisco. Ho mandato indietro il piatto e preso un hamburger e nel conto avevano inserito anche la spigola. La qualità dei prodotti,come vengono cucinati e il servizio non sono adatti al nome. È la seconda cattiva esperienza. Non andrò più.

10/07/2025: In tegenstelling tot andere beoordelingen vonden wij de pizza's niet lekker. We waren een maand op reis en nemen dan af en toe een pizza. Maar op 14 mei 2025 ('s avonds) was de pizza nogal slap. Een beetje pannenkoek structuur. In Italië zegt men wel dat een pizza met de hand kan eten. Dat was hier beslist niet het geval. Een tegenvaller

08/02/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. Its varied menu, based on Italian culinary traditions, offers a delightful array of dishes with several high-quality, original creations. The wine list is excellent, featuring mostly Italian wines but also selections from around the world. And above all, our French waitress was absolutely charming and welcoming, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in Italian culture. It was so good that we spent both evenings there during our Pompeii trip! Steep as a feather in the cap.
