I can’t recommend Hotel Bellevue Syrene highly enough. From the moment I arrived, everything felt exceptional. I was kindly upgraded to a sea view room, and honestly, it was the most breathtaking view in Sorrento. Waking up to that each morning was something special. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of staff went out of their way to make me feel genuinely valued, not just looked after. It struck that perfect balance of being attentive without ever feeling over the top. I want to pay particular attention to the live piano music at breakfast...which was so special and created such a dreamy and elegant atmosphere. The food deserves its own mention too. Absolutely incredible. Every meal felt like a real experience, with quality and flavour and special attention to service. The location is unbeatable, perched perfectly with spectacular views that you never get tired of. All in all, this hotel goes beyond what you’d expect from five stars. It’s a place that really knows how to make a stay memorable. Id highly recommend a stay here. The staff are incredibly nice, the setting is idyllic and the location is perfect fir exploring all that beautiful Sorrento has to offer.

One of the hotels that left me speechless. The extremely kind, professional, and helpful staff. A 6-star welcome for our four-legged friend. A super comfortable bed, his bowls, and a sweet treat of biscuits. The most beautiful sea view room I've ever seen. The attention to detail in the furnishings, from the lighting to the fabrics, was perfect. Since it was March, we didn't use the pool or beach, which will certainly be a plus in the summer. The room had everything you need, even for the beach. The location in the center of Sorrento is perfect for exploring the city on foot, and close to the square and all amenities. For those who want to treat themselves to a wonderful pampering experience, this place will leave you speechless.

This is one of the best luxury properties in Sorrento. The rooms are unique and well appointed. The bathrooms are luxurious and I highly recommend a balcony. The location is incredible with historic center shopping and restaurants nearby. The restaurant, Terrace La Pergola, has stunning views and delicious food. This hotel provides an amazing experience all around!

Stayed August 2025. We had an unforgettable stay at Bellevue Syrene. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and every detail was thoughtfully handled. A special thank you to Antonino, the concierge, who booked all of our dinners. We gave him full discretion, and every choice was excellent. The tasting menu at the hotel’s restaurant, La Pergola, was a standout and one of our best meals in Sorrento. Each evening, we made a ritual of having drinks at Il Costiera before dinner. The terrace views are stunning, and the cocktails are just as good. I order an old fashioned everywhere I go, and theirs was among the best I’ve had. We also spent hours each day at the hotel’s “beach” — a pier extending into the Mediterranean with great sun exposure and crystal-clear water for swimming, set among ancient Roman arches carved into the cliffs. Don’t miss a limoncello spritz down there; it’s the perfect way to cool off. The highlight of our trip was a day on the hotel’s private boat, Isola. Our pilot, Damiano, was exceptional. We circumnavigated Capri and stopped for an open-water swim — a truly breathtaking and romantic experience. Bellevue Syrene is more than a hotel; it’s a complete experience. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

I went in for coffee there, I tried the cappuccino and it was okay, but the place is amazing at sunset.
