06/06/2026: We spent a pleasant end-of-year evening at La Genuina. All the dishes were carefully prepared, delicious, and meticulously prepared, from appetizers to dessert. We also greatly appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. A truly positive experience that we happily recommend.

The property is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and immersed in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, where every detail seems designed to make guests feel at home. The spaces are elegant yet familiar, and the meticulous attention to quality is immediately apparent.
An extraordinary added value is undoubtedly the staff, always smiling, helpful, and professional. Special thanks to receptionists Iole and Martina, who with kindness, expertise, and unwavering attention to guests ensure a truly impeccable welcome.
Another absolute highlight is the cuisine, simply exceptional: dishes prepared with fresh, authentic, and traditional ingredients, expressing the local area with great quality and flavor. Breakfast also deserves a special mention, with homemade desserts made daily, prepared with care and passion, just like in the olden days.
Behind all this, you can clearly see the hand and heart of Giovanna, a true hostess, who manages the property with love, dedication, and great professionalism. The result is an authentic and special atmosphere, made even more precious by a truly stellar staff working in perfect harmony.
A place you'll gladly return to and one I recommend to anyone seeking a stay filled with genuine hospitality, excellent cuisine, and meticulous attention to detail.

18/05/2026: I don't recommend this villa.
The food is truly unimpressive, and overall, the experience was unsatisfactory. The property also appears poorly maintained, and the pool was green, which is unacceptable for a venue that hosts ceremonies.
It's a shame, because the wait staff was kind and helpful.
I don't think we'll be back.
27/01/2026: Nice structure but the road that leads to the entrance is shameful with potholes that are scary if it rains then you are screwed you leave the car I think that not only the interior but also the exterior of a structure counts

17/05/2026: The service is shameful. I don't know how many chances I gave this pizzeria because their pizza is objectively one of the best in Caivano, BUT it's not possible that the pizza arrives HOURS after the time stated on the phone every time.
Once, to get around the problem, I even ordered it at 6:00 PM for 8:00 PM.
It arrived at 11:30 PM.
23/01/2026: Terrible experience, very slow and the pizzas were awful, prices too high for what they offer, I wouldn't go back even for free

28/01/2025: Siamo stati a cena qui per la mia festa di laurea, davvero una serata piacevole. Il locale è davvero carino, il personale è stato sempre presente in sala per qualsiasi richiesta e sono stati davvero molto gentili; abbiamo mangiato molto bene, gli antipasti erano abbondanti e molto buoni, stessa cosa per le pizze. Il titolare è stato super disponibile e anche il prezzo era giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato e per il servizio.
23/12/2024: Esperienza piu che negativa. Dopo aver aspettato più di quaranta minuti per l'antipasto, Al primo morso sul crocchette di patate, Ho quasi vomitato per il sapore acido. Idem per le zeppoline fritte, crude all'interno. Per non parlare delle pizze paragonabile al chewing gum.
