08/08/2024: We came with friends, appetizer each and a first course... I list the positive things: exceptional mussels peppered, really delicious; exceptional fried anchovies, well-made purgatory eggs, good omelette, the first courses: Genoese and pasta and potatoes with provola. Negative things: potato salad, salami and ricotta minibun (like a children's party), linguine with sea urchin not exceptional. Considering that we drank Gragano with percoche, the quality/price ratio is not in line, for 45 euros we would have eaten a seafood appetizer and first course, with bottled wine....

08/08/2024: Very welcoming place, well furnished. It makes you feel just like at Mammà's house. Two of us had a mixed starter of various courses, all delicious. The aubergine parmigiana is truly super good. As a first course, pasta and potatoes with provola cheese in the loaf. A delight, very filling and tasty. The top was the Genoese, truly delicious and with many succulent pieces of very tender meat. At this point you are wondering why 4 stars and not 5 stars? The reason is very simple: you can't get 4 euros for a 33 cl Peroni beer. Absolutely. A false note in a beautiful symphony.

10/08/2024: La taverna è un posticino delizioso e accogliente proprio vicino al chiostro di Santa Chiara. Piatti tradizionali con ottimi ingredienti, personsle gentile, prezzo assolutamente adeguato alle porzioni e alla bontà dei piatti.

07/08/2024: This is one of the oldest Neapolitan restaurants, which is crowded at all times and you stand outside in a queue until you are seated, luckily the service is very fast and the kitchen really brisk, the premises are simply furnished, but the professional red oven, which is located at the beginning near the entrance already indicates that it will be a high-quality pizza, and the feelings did not disappoint, it was clearly excellent in taste and also looked delicious, I recommend this pizzeria to everyone who visits Naples

11/08/2024: A great prsceria (fish shop) with fresh and tasty food. We ordered fried cod fish and fried squid to take away because we didn't want to sit and pay the coperto (service charge). They fry everything at the moment, there is no ready food which you don't know when it was prepared. Both dishes were incredibly fresh, no unpleasant smell of overused or rancid oil. I do recommend it.

11/08/2024: To avoid, spaghetti with clams with sunflower oil, without flavour... raw seafood, scampi served with the intestines... for the price you understand.

26/08/2024: An authentic delight of margherita and marinara pizzas. Nothing to envy and possibly surpass those other famous pizzerias. The fried antipasti are very delicious. A perfect deal and an embarrassingly low price. I hope we tourists don't manage to make these restaurants disappear or get worse.

07/08/2024: An evening to forget, the only things that could be saved were the fried foods even if they were salty and full of oil. Extravagant prices, 25 euros for a seafood risotto which tasted like star cubes, probably done at the last minute as the waiter had told us which were the last two portions. 16 euros for the house wine with peaches which tasted like ice even though there was no ice, we told the waiter everything, who without batting an eyelid told us that the other customers were satisfied. We were regular customers, they won't see us again

09/08/2024: If I could give 6 stars, I would. I spent the summer in Italy and had the pleasure of dining at six different Michelin starred restaurants. Ristorante President was an unexpected delight and was by far my favorite. We were the only couple in the restaurant the night we went, which was a pleasure for us, but a complete travesty. They deserve to be fully booked out. The food was delicious; I cannot describe how good it was. Words do not exist. Every course was wonderful and beautifully plated. The interactive elements of breaking bread the traditional ancient Pompeian way was so fun. The service was top notch. The wine pairing was generous and unique. I do not eat raw seafood or meat, and they customized the menu for me in a way that worked beautifully with my partner’s. The dessert was beautiful and while the texture was a bit one-note, the flavors were lovely. Our next trip to Pompeii will absolutely include this restaurant again.

12/08/2024: Perfect from start to finish Fast service, good cocktails, excellent dishes and very good tiramisu too The waiter spoke to us in French which was very appreciable and friendly.

17/08/2024: A typical tourist pub. Atmosphere imitating Naples. The food was quite good, but high prices, medium-sized portions. It's ok.

12/08/2024: Siamo stati a provare la nuova cucina del ristorante e il nuovo menu “Autentico”. Il locale è bello, stile minimal che garantisce un ottima intimità durante la cena. Il servizio è stato molto buono, personalmente complimenti al sommelier, una persona simpatica e super disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste centrando alla perfezione i nostri gusti, pur non avendo scelto la degustazione vini. Per il menù, i piatti sono stati tutti presentati e realizzati molto bene, ma alcuni non ci sono arrivati proprio, forse per la complessità degli abbinamenti, o alcuni sapori molto delicati che non sono stati esaltati al meglio. Complimenti per i ravioli, l’agnello e il pre-dessert. Il conto rispetta lo standard della tipologia di esperienza. Sicuramente da provare, o da ritornarci!

08/08/2024: This restaurant is in the beautiful town of Meta, near Sorrento, we have had dinner twice, the food was great, we tried a burger covered with pizza dough and a sandwich with pizza dough, everything was delicious and the staff was also able to communicate in Spanish and at the end of dinner you can take a walk through the party area a little further down. Highly recommended value for money.
