29/08/2025: Fantastic experience from start to finish. My wife and I ate here for her birthday dinner, and the chef and staff were extremely hospitable. The food was some of the best we have ever had, and the atmosphere was wonderful. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant if visiting Pozzuoli!

08/09/2025: What an incredible dining experience at Il Verricello! Not only are the views breathtaking, but the food is just as impressive. We started with the tuna tartare appetizer, which was unbelievably fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. For mains, my husband went with the special of the day, half lobster linguine, which was rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I ordered the shrimp risotto and was blown away. I had never seen shrimp prepared flat and rolled like this before, and it was such a unique touch. The risotto itself was creamy, seasoned perfectly, and cooked to perfection. Our server, Mario, deserves a special mention. He seemed to be handling everything, from serving to bussing to cashing out, yet he maintained a warm, kind demeanor and provided excellent customer service despite being so busy. Overall, Il Verricello is a must-visit spot for both the views and the food. Highly recommend!

25/08/2025: Good Ambiance, Not much product ( meat, Cheeses, pasta) overly priced my one obvious complaint was that I asked for the bill & mentioned to the gentleman is there gratuity included in the tab he said NO so I added10 % more but to my surprise once I had a chance to look at my receipt there was 21.00 Euro Coperto (3.00) each seven of very disappointing when you are sincere but taken advantage of , for that reason I would not recommend this establishment

The service was outstanding: the staff took such good care of us, always kind, attentive, and thoughtful about our needs, never once making us feel rushed or unwelcome. One especially touching moment was when a member of the team celebrated their birthday and kindly shared their homemade cake with us — such a sweet gesture that made us feel like part of the family. A true gem where hospitality and quality go hand in hand. Highly recommended!

The welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere creates a place where you immediately feel at ease, perfect for sharing special moments with friends and family. The freshness of the ingredients is evident in every course: from raw seafood to crispy fried foods, each dish is prepared with care and passion. The staff is friendly and attentive; Filomena was so kind in recommending the house specialties. I highly recommend the linguine with clams, truly delicious. 18/09/2025: This place is a hidden gem on the Capri Island. Absolutely amazing view and beautiful ambience matched with phenomenal food. My grandmother was a 5 star Italian chef back in Detroit and having the Ravioli here brought back all those memories of eating my Nona’s cooking ❤️😋

13/09/2025: We came here, because we saw all the good reviews. The service and ambiance were both really pleasant and the people working there were very kind. However, when the food arrived we were very disappointed… The pizza was weirdly looking, the tomato sauce was no where to be found and there were large amounts of tasteless cheese to compensate. The kind that gives you a stomach ache afterwards. We also ordered carbonara, but this was just scrambled eggs with bacon served on a bed of pasta. We love Italian food and it was a pity to see this beautiful tasteful kitchen going to waste in this restaurant.

31/08/2025: Very good pizza. Bartolomeo (the owner) is very nice and friendly. He speaks very good English :) The pizza is delicious, clean, and the owner is friendly and fun to talk to. If you're visiting Ischia, I highly recommend this place.

12/09/2025: Impeccable service, the guy who served us was really kind and smiling. The atmosphere was lovely, with lots of music playing, which, being two young women, we enjoyed listening to. The pizza I had was delicious, well-topped, and despite being large, thanks to the light dough, it didn't leave a lump in my stomach. We had two pizzas, two soft drinks, a water, two cheesecakes, one with Nutella and one plain, and two coffees. With cover charge, we paid €43 for two. It was a great discovery.

11/09/2025: We have visited this place because of the high reviews and we were NOT dissapointed! If there was a space for sixth star we would definitely give it. Food was incredibely amazing and so were the staff. Amazing experience - will 100% visit again while in Napoli🩷
