05/05/2025: I have lived in Pisa for 15 years and I discovered this place (or rather managed to go there) only this year. I'm ashamed because they told me it was an institution and I can't believe I missed this pearl for so long. The focaccias at this place are crazy from every point of view. From the crunchiness of the focaccia to its flavour, from the quality of the ingredients to the combination of flavours, everything makes this place a "gourmet focaccia". If we add to this the fact that the drinks are also a lot, you will understand why I am already planning to go there again in the short term. They have many varieties of focaccia, you can compose your own if you don't find one to your taste and they possibly provide 3 solutions for an aperitif of increasing cost. All very honest and in line with the prices of Pisa, in fact I would say that it is even low for the quality we are talking about. The view, then, is directly on the Arno. Need I say anything else? A must-see.

03/05/2025: Pequeño lugar encantador en el río perfecto para un aperitivo en la tarde. Volvimos dos veces por esta razón, precio súper razonable y personal muy amable. No probé nada de comida en este viaje pero ahora mirando fotos de los bocadillos, ¡ojalá lo hubiera hecho! Sin duda volveré si estoy de vuelta en Pisa.

22/04/2025: Great experience and warm welcome! The pizzas were excellent and especially the craft beers which I had the opportunity to taste before ordering the pizza! Particular beers with exotic caramelized spicy notes that really recall the beers of Prague! An experience definitely worth repeating several times. The value for money and the quick service were also excellent even though the place was already almost full. Well done! Keep it up!

27/04/2025: Trattoria semplice ,senza fronzoli con pietanze fresche di mare ,il menu propone 2-3 opzioni con il pescato del giorno o meglio le materie prime reperibili in giornata ,antipasti sempre vari ,primi da leccarsi i baffi ,fritture eccellenti servizio al tavolo impeccabile e cortesia sempre presente ,rapporto qualità prezzo super !

17/04/2025: We had a seafood tasting menu accompanied by wines picked by the restaurant. The taste was exquisite, the presentation and interval between the courses was perfect. The most memorable, in this gastronomic perfect evening, was the manager who guided us through the courses with the background for each dish, their history (many from his hometown in the south of Italy) etc. Highly recommended.

13/04/2025: I recently had the pleasure of returning to Gunè for a second time during a trip to Florence. I had honestly thought of my first meal there consistently ever since I first had the pleasure of experiencing their tasting menu in Spring 2024. Their mastery of surprising and intricate offerings are unparalleled for me. The food exposed me to new concepts and taught me unexpected experiences about ingredients I thought I was already familiar with. Both times, I was also thoroughly impressed by the cocktail pairings. The drink tastes complemented the food and the presentation was truly pleasing to behold. The waitstaff is especially attentive and considerate; is clear everyone takes great pride in their work and works well together. It is a gem in Florence; I wish them extra special and continued successes. I feel very fortunate to have had the pleasure of dining there and sincerely hope I will be able to return someday. Grazie mille, Gunè!

12/05/2025: Qué hallazgo increíble. Acabábamos de caminar 12 km y nos sentíamos un poco cansados cuando nos topamos con esta fantástica joya de un restaurante. Dos hermanos lo dirigen y eran muy acogedores a los viajeros cansados. La comida era excelente, así como el vino de rosa. También aprendimos sobre los diversos festivales gastronómicos de la zona. Recomiendo encarecidamente este gran restaurante!

24/04/2025: Bellissimo posto, se posso permettermi servizio un po' nervoso pur essendo un menù fisso. Cucina buona ma un po' asciutta, dovuta per lo più al tipo di piatti utilizzati (solo piatti piani) che non permettevano di raccogliere le salse! Dolce da dimenticare!
