28/09/2025: A young, friendly establishment in a charming location just steps from the Obsidian Museum. The perfect place to unwind after a visit to Monte Arci and the museum. Good cuts of meat and cold beer.

23/09/2025: We just left the restaurant, happy with the small establishment we discovered, and definitely full from the excellent food! It's a bar, café, and restaurant, offering a small but authentic and satisfying menu (if you're a meat lover! And we are), with local, homemade products. The charcuterie and cheese platter was nothing short of exceptional, a unique and rare delicacy; the fried culurgioni served with pecorino cheese fondue, honey, and walnuts were mouthwatering! There are no first courses, but we didn't miss them. The second courses offer a fairly wide selection of meats; we opted for a beef tagliata with Iberian lard (I think) and garlic, which arrived on a smoking cast iron griddle, and it was delicious! We couldn't finish it, so they even gave us a take-away container. We have a 3-year-old with a picky appetite, yet he ate the whole burger! The atmosphere is pleasant, the music excellent, although I would recommend a different color for the lights (too cold), perhaps to reflect the warm yet professional welcome. All accompanied by a good red wine. Overall, an excellent experience, worth repeating. Congratulations to those who care for their local area.

15/10/2025: The resort is very beautiful, the main building beautifully decorated, and the view is fantastic. The breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast area is large with a sea view. If you have a room in one of the garden buildings, you'll either sleep well or have no neighbors. It's extremely noisy! The bathroom needs some repairs, and the shower grout was quite dirty. Still, 5 stars because the overall design is good.

16/10/2025: A typical Milanese osteria, not at all touristy despite the location's apparent inconvenience. The decor is both rustic and refined, and the service is very friendly: one of the waiters is always ready to joke, and his laughter is contagious. But enough chit-chat, let's get to the food. For our appetizer, we shared an off-menu dish: fried porcini mushrooms with salt and lemon. It's literally addictive, and I hope you find them off-menu, because there's no better way to start dinner. Then we had paccheri with crispy pancetta and a cream of robiola and saffron (as delicious as a carbonara), bombardini with Puzzone di Moena cheese and licorice powder (which went perfectly!), and goat's crescenza croquettes (delicious and also a great main course). For dessert, we had the gorgonzola gelato (unfortunately, I didn't get to try it), the Venetian cake with chocolate and persimmon cream (a sort of mini panettone, very good; the waiter recommended it), and the panna cotta (I also didn't get to try that). This place was truly a great discovery; we ate truly divine. In total, we spent 40 euros each (we also had three IPA beers).

12/10/2025: Wonderful family run restaurant serving delicious freshly made food. But if you are Tiramisu, be aware they only make a limited number of servings per day, and they all get eaten. The Peposo, Tuscan beef stew, is exceptional as was the Creme Brulee which caramelized at the table. Patronized by locals you need to make reservations for the weekend.

11/10/2025: You can be sure you'll have the best steak. If you order fries with it, that's great too, and of course, with their homemade wine, they make the perfect trio.

17/10/2025: Best coffee stop on our cycling trip through Italy. Never had such a good homemade crostata before. Very friendly owners, great location and place. Highly recommended!

15/10/2025: We return to this restaurant after a few years, and the atmosphere and hospitality have not changed. We listen carefully as Lorenzo explains the menu and decide on the classic truffle menu, of course. We pair our dishes with a Montefalco. We end the evening with a pleasant surprise: since there's no dessert on the menu, they let us choose: tiramisu 😋. A beautiful and delicious return.

14/10/2025: An elegant restaurant, with very attentive staff (the complimentary liqueur at the end was much appreciated), and I must say, very attentive to their friends too. Remarkable quality dishes, and they definitely don't skimp on the use of truffles. PS: I'd return to Perugia just to try those truffle ravioli again.

10/09/2025: A small but fine restaurant with a small but very good menu. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times. We each ordered primi and secondi. The pasta was exceptional and excellent. The secondi was, as stated on the menu, cold, tasty, but a bit unusual for us. On our next visit, which will definitely happen, we will stick to antipasti and primi. Also worth mentioning is the very extensive wine list. La Botteghina is highly recommended.

15/10/2025: I am leaving a review for the restaurant, we did not stay there. The restaurant was one off the highlights of the trip for us, so excellent. The food was amazing, the service was great and the view was put of this world We had lunch there- the gnocchi was amazing, and the wild boar pasta was so delicious. Even the kids pasta with ragout was delicious. I would definitely recommend.

10/10/2025: We ate at the restaurant, so I can only review that one. The service was very friendly, and everything was really quick. The food was also delicious. The side salad was a bit lacking in love, and overall, it felt a little lacking in 5 stars. But you can eat well there and enjoy the evening!
