29/12/2024: There are no words to describe the wonderful experience lived in this restaurant in a quiet village on the outskirts of Bergamo. Elegant and sober environment. Excellent service conducted with delicacy and great passion. Amazing food with a "crazy" tasting menu. Mix of simple ingredients and more refined ones, but without excess, expertly combined with each other. I left really happy and excited. Prices high but justified. I will be back!!
26/12/2024: Today we ate at the Osteria degli Azzonica, an excellent experience, where we chose the tasting menu "The successes", for each course our taste buds exploded from the refinement of the taste of each course, the very refined place, the attentive service in every detail, we thank the Manzoni brothers and their staff for the wonderful experience, see you next time.

11/01/2025: Definitely a great experience. Young and kind staff, a relaxing and elegant atmosphere, with that soft elegance that doesn't scream, but makes the difference. What makes the difference is the presentation of the dishes, all of a good standard. Excellent choice of wines. Adequate prices

26/01/2025: A secular temple where the fish liturgy is officiated by courteous and friendly vicars, while the priestess seduces you with persuasive courtesy, making you adept at the rediscovered religion of fresh fish and the aromas lost in the memory of time, a warm and muffled atmosphere that involves you while scrolling through works of art called food fill your palate and mind with joy, and you plan to return even before leaving....
every time I come back, and now there are many, Lionello manages to amaze, involving the palate and the sight in a new and unique experience in which however we find his and his team's fabulous wisdom and the boys' mastery in serving his dishes in the room,
But next time Lionello I will ask for the (detailed😀) recipe for spaghetti, which yesterday was "divine"
25/01/2025: Mi hanno invitato in questo ristorante stellato pochi giorni fa, a cena.
Che dire...tantissima ricerca, buona volontà, impegno, materia prima freschissima, un po' di forzatura sull'originalità e sulle "2 stelle Michelin".
Qualche abbinamento stona, qualcosa è un po' forzato.
Ho cenato all' Harry's, al Cipriani, alla Caravella (tutto in Venezia Centro Storico); ed onestamente, qua e là, farei dei distinguo prima di precipitarmi a puntare il dito.
Facciamo un saltino pure a Venissia, ad es., meno voli pindarici ed aderente al reale.
Di conseguenza, in quanto a miglior ristorante di pesce "del veneziano" sembra un po' eccessivo.
La location è fredda per quanto le luci aiutino: inutile voler fare gli "iniziati" al design come clienti: non siamo Zaha Adid.
Nel complesso ovvio che navighiamo in alta qualità; ma vedo una furia dell' utente a recensire iperbene.
Quasi a voler dimostrare "che noi sì che ce ne intendiamo": stile Masterchef.
Forse non è nemmeno la miglior cosa per il locale stesso.
Do tre stelle perché, per essere un 2 Michelin, è nella media.

13/01/2025: Rustic place with welcoming and friendly, easy-going service.
Excellent food: pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and perfect tagliatelle, sausage and pumpkin cream. Balanced taste, generous but not heavy portions.
We also had a second course with sliced meat and vegetables: very soft meat and delicious vegetables. Right portions to leave the table satisfied, full but not weighed down.
All accompanied by the wine that welcomed us at the table.
We will definitely be back 😊

12/01/2025: The decoration is very pretty, in perfect harmony with the village and the cuisine served. The service is very efficient. The dishes are very diverse and delicious. Very well cooked. I highly recommend it.
07/01/2025: More than worthy restaurant. Cozy and well-kept place, impeccable and very attentive service. Warmed by the warmth of the lit fireplace we were able to taste traditional dishes cooked very well. The fassona tartare, the potato and hazelnut gnocchi stuffed with cheese and the legendary butter tagliatelle are highly recommended. We have added some excellent prized white truffles. The desserts are also of a high standard. All accompanied by an excellent Barolo. Amazing lunch. Costs in line with how much eaten. Honest

24/11/2024: It's a very nice place and it's small... The owner is very kind and knows how to do his duty.... The only flaw is in the pizza..... Personally I didn't like it... no flavor, no seasoning. especially raw dough, something that quite a few customers have pointed out... I personally would focus on changing the pizza chef because the only problem lies there... it lacks taste and character which is the basis for an excellent pizza....

14/01/2025: We went to this place on Saturday evening 11th January to celebrate a birthday. Even though it's not far from Omegna, we had never been to the Hosteria Tre Tigli, perhaps because it wasn't advertised very well. The place has private parking in the courtyard. We were welcomed by Alice , who showed us the menu. Always present but with discretion, kind and very knowledgeable about the typical Piedmontese dishes offered, as well as about the wine cellar, also from our area. Dishes cooked with experience and refinement from the appetizers to the desserts by Chef Paolo who showed up at the end of the evening. We had a good dinner, drank equally well and paid the right price. We will definitely be back in the spring to have lunch outdoors and enjoy the view.
02/01/2025: We had lunch recently at this place. We tasted some really good dishes with attention to detail. Compliant quality and price. We come from Bologna, if we fall back to being in the area .. a jump we do it willingly.

03/01/2025: I was at the New Year's Eve dinner, I ate very well, special dishes, prepared with great skill, the service was impeccable, all the guys were very good, very attentive and polite. The environment is refined, elegant, certainly a place where I will gladly return.

25/12/2024: Excellent fish lunch: I had the fish starter (the best dish in my opinion), tagliolini with canestrelli and pepper cream and finally baileys tiramisu. All delicious for just over €40 per person (wine included). Too bad there are only a few seats, but trust me, it's really worth it!
