04/01/2025: We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating New Year's Eve at Osteria di Passignano, and it was truly unforgettable. The ambiance, the exquisite dishes, and the impeccable service made it a night to remember. We loved it so much that we returned for another incredible dinner shortly after! A special thank you to the marvelous Alessio and Tessa, whose warmth and professionalism made our experience even more exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, and their passion for hospitality truly shines. If you’re looking for a place where every bite tells a story and every moment feels special, Osteria di Passignano is a must-visit. We can’t wait to come back again! We are already checking tickets to come back in Spring!

04/01/2025: It couldn't be better… Been 2 times in 4 days as Alessio and the Team took better care of us than a Nanny. We are in love with the setting, the flavors and the wine list. What a beautiful setting with spectacular service. We were able to celebrate our New Year's Eve here with a delicious tignanello 2011 and were immediately sold. Grazie per tutto e ci vediamo presto ❤️

17/12/2024: During our vacation in Rome, we found La Rosetta and it was a total success. The fish is incredibly fresh, as if it had been brought in from the sea that morning. I tried the spaghetti alle vongole and my wife enjoyed an exceptional raw sea food. The staff was very friendly, even with our 5 year old daughter, something we always appreciate. The elegant and cozy atmosphere made us feel special. A must-see place for lovers of good fish!

04/11/2024: What a pleasant surprise they left us in Cefalú. The restaurants we passed were full. And here they accommodated us. And what a way to make it worth it and a very well remodeled old butcher shop, full of history, a place that looks for new ways to rescue the local. Impeccable and warm attention, super attentive and full of information. The dishes were pasta and a surprising grilled celery root. The perfect wine pairing with orange wines from Sicily, the ideal complement and the dessert from another planet. How lucky we were.
