13/04/2025: This evening I had the pleasure of having a nice dinner with my friends. The atmosphere was already warm as soon as we entered, the waiters and all the staff were on point, the wine glass was never empty from starter to dessert. We left with a bang! a slightly bland salmon but with a touch of salt had its own reason, polenta and creamed cod at the top of formula one and the scallop with leek cream transported us to the oceanic world. The mushrooms had a slight risotto flavor but were very good (Giulia loved them). The tagliolini were evidently the strong point, too bad my friend drank too much and acted silly, consequently she couldn't appreciate the porosity of the octopus. As for the second courses, they were real gems, the crab was a little uncomfortable to eat but when you tasted that little bit of pulp it was incontrovertibly an explosion of flavours, Giulia really liked the clams. The grilled prawns ended up a bit on the carpet, but really, really good. Between one cigarette and another the wine glass was constantly refilled and we really appreciated it. The dessert was a very original contrast of flavors, the freshness of the cream was an oxymoron with the warmth of the berries (almost exciting!), we appreciated the biscuit. When we thought we had finished (now full) it was time for the grappa, I recommend the combination of ginger and gogi berries if you want to appreciate even more the magic show proposed to the diners (I highly recommend going to the bathroom before it starts). Still not happy, we took the tour of the cellars, it was a pity that Marino was not there to explain to us about his friendship with Putin, on the other hand the grappas had a strong and pleasant flavor to finish the dinner. Final bill a little salty (80 pleura per person) BUT I must say well spent, we also identified in the maitre (very nice) a notable ability in taking photos and available to bring back the cell phone forgotten by our friend Pierbazzani on the table Highly recommended to all the inhabitants of the area and surrounding areas. I recommend that you don't let the driver drink.

07/05/2025: Sono stata al Gallo Nero diverse volte e devo dire che ogni volta è sempre un piacere. Atmosfera accogliente, personale gentile ti fanno sentire a casa piatti davvero deliziosi. Ogni cosa che ho mangiato era curata nei dettagli e molto gustosa. La location è elegante e raffinata, ideale sia per una cena romantica che per un'occasione speciale. L'ambiente curato, con un'atmosfera rilassante che rende tutto ancora più piacevole.

Homemade pasta, all the cheeses, cured meats and meat are produced by the owner: Carlo, a truly exquisite person who can be seen doing this job with love and passion. In fact, all the dishes we ate were delicious, starting from the starter to the dessert. Highly recommended

02/05/2025: Fake typical restaurant, with more gourmet cuisine dishes. Very high quality level of the dishes. Slow and poorly empathetic service (anything but a surprise, considering it is Tuscany). Important wine list (especially for the reds). High prices (at least 15% too much, considering the location and the location).

01/05/2025: I can't say anything about the restaurant. Beware of the small grocery store next door, marked on Google as Vino Nobile. Tourist trap! Here money is deliberately taken out of tourists' pockets. Paid €20 for two canned lemonades. Similar reviews from other visitors have been deleted several times.

10/05/2025: A memorable day! I hadn't been back to Masseria Capoliscio for a while and you know, all the things you look forward to with joy create expectations. And I have to say that they were fully satisfied. My kids had a great time and as soon as we got back in the car they immediately started asking when we're going back! Lunch was a delight. Among the various appetizers there were cheeses served with jams made by them that were an amazing combination. The first courses were also really good and I found the one with peas and dill very delicate and with that particular scent gave it an extra touch. For the second courses we went without too many doubts instead for the lamb because I haven't found one better than theirs yet. The desserts were also made by them and were very good and together with the fruit they were a really beautiful dish to look at. They managed to make a very cute little duck out of a banana! Really compliments for the imagination! You are a spectacle! Salvatore, Nicola thank you very much for the usual warm welcome. You are wonderful hosts! See you soon!

27/04/2025: Excellent refined cuisine, good choice of wines, they cook the meat on the barbecue under the eyes of the customers, without coals. The staff were very friendly and polite, young in age but with experience. The owners often come to the tables to "pamper" the customer. Large choice of meats, from local to foreign.

02/05/2025: Good morning, yesterday for the first time I was in this restaurant. Compliments for the two splendid first courses reported directly to the waitress. The fritto misto taken as a second course for two: both the rings and the prawns were hard; stringy and dry (perhaps overcooked), my wife could not chew them, I ate them cutting them into small pieces, giving her the pieces of cod, edible and good. Anyway we will return but we will choose something else as a second course.

09/04/2025: I was on Sunday, in this truly magnificent place both in terms of the strategic position with very respectable views, and in terms of the food offered. It's not the first time I've frequented it and it was certainly a pleasant and even fun confirmation. Staff suited to the occasion, friendly, helpful and professional. Food beyond expectations cooked with great detail that leaves you amazed. When available, snails are a prized food cooked with love and dedication. As always, the food was up to par.

21/04/2025: Wow, what a wonderful experience! Firstly the food is fabulous, truly a top notch dining experience. The people in the room were exquisite, kind, attentive and friendly. The very particular but homely environment. Overall it is a balm for the heart to know that there are still places like this, in a city now devolved to mass tourism, a place where you eat with real pleasure and can't wait to return. I can't wait to go back!!

07/04/2025: I made an appointment for April 12th. However this restaurant canceled my appointment twice with no reason. Maybe i guess I should not use a Chinese name to making the appointment.

20/04/2025: Yesterday I entered this Brasserie for the first time not knowing what to expect, the service was extremely courteous, the menu offers a wide variety of different levels and not knowing what to orient ourselves with due to the large choice we took advice from the owner Diego, always present in the room, who after having obtained information on our tastes and how hungry we were, directed us towards a tasting, bringing us some American Angus Black Iron Steak and a German Friesian steak which has been matured for 150 days, to conclude a homemade dessert of fresh fruit and vanilla cream on shortcrust pastry. Fully satisfied with the service, the quality of what was served and the quiet environment in the room.

19/04/2025: Una trasferta a Torino è stata l'occasione ideale per visitare questo luogo di perdizione consigliatoci da un collega torinese. Eravamo in 12 e siamo arrivati in ritardo, ma l'accoglienza è stata calorosa e il servizio molto attento. Guidati dall'esperienza del cameriere, abbiamo iniziato il nostro viaggio culinario che ci ha portato ad assaggiare tagli diversi con frollature crescenti, uno più buono dell'altro. Ovviamente c'è chi ha preferito un tipo e chi l'altro, ma nessuno è mai arrivato a dire "questo non era buono". Anzi, in alcuni casi abbiamo fatto il bis perché la porzione ci era sembrata troppo piccola nonostante il peso dichiarato. Potrei aver qualcosa da ridire sulle porzioni degli antipasti, ma anche in quel caso abbiamo risolto facilmente aggiungendone altri. Anche i dolci non erano per niente male, ma qua si viene principalmente per la carne! Il conto non è stato esattamente "popolare" - abbiamo speso poco più di 80€ a persona - ma abbiamo mangiato e bevuto senza risparmiarci e la qualità era indiscutibile, quindi la carta è stata strisciata con soddisfazione. Esperienza da ripetere assolutamente!
