19/12/2024: We are vegan, we asked for something off the menu (truffle gnocchi, to be prepared without animal derivatives) because there was nothing vegan other than the usual marinara. The chef joined us at the table to ask for clarification on the ingredients and did not make us think about the unusual request. In 10 minutes he served us an excellent plate of vegan truffle gnocchi! I found the chef's attitude very professional and welcoming, as he did not get upset by the request and proved capable of listening and improvising. We will happily return when we are in the area!

23/01/2025: I went for the second time last Sunday for lunch with my partner in this incredible restaurant... And the whole world outside... To steal Vasco's words! We wanted to continue with the second of the tasting menus proposed by Chef Giuliano, (I take the liberty of calling him by name because, despite being the head of a starred team, he is a really nice and helpful person). Unlike the first experience, where we were "kidnapped" by the spectacle of innovative and "crazy" dishes, even if they were VERY GOOD, this time we focused on the ingredients of the creations that were proposed to us... And we were really impressed by both the taste and the research that we discovered behind each course... All the staff, very young but at the same time truly professional, pampered us and accompanied us on this journey of tastes, flavours, colours, in a unique atmosphere that only in Aqua Crua we experience... The greeting from the Chef, surrounded by gods sweet colorful parrots, guided us to the end of this kaleidoscopic lunch.. We can't wait to return with the third stage!! 02/01/2025: Refined restaurant, with pop furnishing accessories that create a refined and particular environment. High expectations on the food, given the Michelin star, totally satisfied. The level of service is not to be taken for granted (excellent!), guys attentive to every detail and need. Also interesting was the open kitchen which showed the team at work, super organized and in harmony.

08/12/2024: Specialties blended with wisdom, with particular flavors and top quality ingredients, almost all zero km, in particular the oil new must, supplied by a local producer, delicate desserts with aromas and flavors to try!!!

Congratulations to the talented chef and his team, worthy of having been able to create, within an elegant, intimate and convivial atmosphere, a selection of original and unusual dishes, served with class and refinement, respecting ancient flavors and traditions of the place.

22/01/2025: Per la seconda volta sono tornata con un'amica a mangiare in questa meravigliosa trattoria che si trova nel mio quartiere; la loro carbonara e' veramente ottima, era da tempo che non mangiavo una carbonara fatta come si deve. 01/01/2025: This place is located in a narrow alley in the heart of the historic center of Caorle, it offers a great choice of flavors for crepes and you can savor all the flavors because first choice ingredients are used. Definitely coming back. Well done!

28/01/2025: I waited in line to eat and got a red number. When I went in, I chose a course. It was home-cooked, but it really felt like home-cooked food. I ate well. 1. Spaghetti 2. Seafood or meat 3. Dessert. Tiramisu was delicious. It looked like a stew, but it tasted similar. The seafood soup was a little salty, but when I ate it together, the flavors were alive and it went well together. It was better because I could eat a variety of things since the portions weren't too big. The price wasn't expensive, so I ate all of it and it came out to 50 euros. It was a good experience in Pisa. I'm tired of tourist food, so I highly recommend this place. But you have to go early. The line is long and the restaurant is small, so you'll have to wait a long time.

12/01/2025: Refined environment but a little neutral and claustrophobic and with a somewhat obvious if not outdated design (I used the low cost red panels when I had few resources to create effective atmospheres). Friendly staff but a little too cold and affected. As regards food: excessive presence of carbohydrates (I eat the bread with oil at home, although it is of excellent quality and the squid ink arancino didn't excite me, it is often found better in street food) and few proteins (in HO scale). The proposed tasting path does not seem coherent to me when moving from one dish to another. Limited wine list with staff who influence (and not advise) your choice. I'm sorry, I may be limited, but I don't see any innovation and the only star rating is the price.

03/01/2025: Love this place, great concept for the menu, and you can feel their love for food and flavours. All the different kinds of breads were already a feast, and then each dish was top-quality. Very creative and connected to the local culture. The recommended wines were super, and the non-alcoholic even better. I would want to motivate you to create a non-alcoholic pairing, it would be a great addition. The staff is fantastic, keeping the flow going, always tidying the table, and a pleasant personal touch. The wine list is smartly detailed on the Etna wines, great decision, with enough choices from other regions. Definitely recommend this place and I also will definitely go back!

15/01/2025: Excellent in the quality of the food and the service: friendly and welcoming staff. Refined location. The welcome glass and the entrée were very welcome. Foods tasted and recommended: meat tartare, veal tongue, agnolotti, tagliolini with ossobuco ragù, hazelnut cake served with mascarpone cream.

07/01/2025: This is the best place to eat and take a sip of refined wine in Venice! The dishes are fresh and very tasty, made only with local products and alot of passion for italian specialties❤! I ate here the best beef lasagna, I totally recommend it! The wines are very wise chosen, and you can always ask Sergio to find the best mix for the taste of food and wine, to maximize your experience there. It's a cozy place, where you'll find many locals eating there(this is the best sign that it's a quality place), and for sure it will give you an authentic italian experience❤. Every time I go back to Venice I must come back here. I totally recommend it!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

29/12/2024: by pure chance I ended up in this place and I had a wonderful surprise. the place is very, very nice and clean. the staff were very kind and welcoming! but the thing that amazed me the most was the food or perhaps that we discovered this pearl 12 years after its opening 🥲. but let's get serious, space meat cooked very well and a killer appetizer that we almost didn't get!!!!!!!!!! highly recommended!!! I can't wait to go back!!!
