02/05/2025: Abbiamo mangiato bene, le porzioni sono abbondanti con prodotti ottimi. Il locale è carino e lo è ancora di più lo spazio esterno. Chef cordiale e simpatico. Per trovare il pelo nell’uovo, si potrebbe fare in modo di non far salire le formiche sul tavolo.

28/04/2025: Guests from the abocar guys for the long weekend of April 25th... Intrigued by chef Mariano's Argentine contamination we rely on the abocar menu... We are immediately welcomed by a young, kind, dynamic staff but above all, what is not to be taken for granted, a big smile. It was a whirlwind of emotions, an explosion of flavors that varied from vegetables and then moved on to meat and finally fish, always remaining with the same common thread. The WOW FACTOR If you want to be pampered, you're in the right place... The food is truly divine. A round of applause to Camilla and Salvatore. Competence, dedication to work and professionalism make this place their cornerstones.

25/04/2025: Great experience. We had dinner at Valletta, informal environment where you feel at home, excellent food, good service, I would say everything was perfect. We returned and I can say that it is a confirmation. We will return every time we stay in Santa Teresa di Gallura.

22/04/2025: As truffle lovers and having discovered this place thanks to Borghese's TV programme, also thanks to a SKY voucher, we finally tried this "pearl" linked to the world of truffles. First of all, hospitality is king, whether you are a long-time customer or visiting for the first time (like us). I would also add that the Chef (and owner of the restaurant) Guido Liberti, from the kitchen, further welcomed us with sincere thanks for our visit, resolving (and it was not at all obvious) a dispute linked to the voucher, which I appreciated very much, regardless of what I am about to describe on the subject of dinner. Well... truffles obviously reign supreme but I noticed that there are also dishes without them so... there is a decent choice for everyone. We fearless tuber lovers mercilessly dived into crostoni, tagliolino, duck, and Tratturo, which is a Solina wheat burger with beef tartare marinated in herbs, ricotta cream and truffle. Closing with dessert...pangocciole...because the only one that could only end with a truffle ingredient. All delicious with top quality materials and where possible, also with an eye to the environment in terms of (compostable) dishes and associated table furniture. The place is not very large but perhaps also causes this, it makes you feel even more pampered and at the center of their attention. We will definitely return, especially considering the future white and black truffle periods (last and first quarter of the calendar year). Heartfelt congratulations to Guido and his entire staff!! Come on always like this...see you soon!!!

22/04/2025: Da amanti del tartufo ed avendo scoperto tale locale grazie al programma TV di Borghese, anche grazie ad un voucher SKY, finalmente abbiamo provato questa "perla" legata al mondo del tartufo. Prima di tutto l'accoglienza la fa da padrone, sia che tu sia un cliente di vecchia data, sia che ci si affacci per la prima volta (come noi). Aggiungo inoltre che lo Chef (nonchè proprietario del locale) Guido Liberti, dalla cucina c'ha ulteriormente accolto con sinceri ringraziamenti per la ns visita, risolvendo (e non era per nulla scontata) una querelle legata al voucher, cosa che ho apprezzato moltissimo, a prescindere da quello che mi appresto a descrivere in tema cena. Beh...il tartufo ovviamente la fa da padrone ma ho notato che ci sono anche pietanza senza il medesimo quindi...c'è una discreta scelta per tutti. Noi impavidi ed amanti del tubero, senza pietà ci siamo tuffati su crostoni, tagliolino, anatra, e Tratturo, che è un burger di grano Solina con tartare di manzo marinata alle erbe, crema di ricotta e tartufo. Chiusura con dolce...pangocciole...perchè l'unico che non poteva che chiudere anch'esso con ingrediente tartufo. Tutto buonissimo con materie di prima qualità e laddove possibile, anche con un occhio all'ambiente in tema di piatti (compostabili) ed annesso arredamento tavola. Locale non molto grande ma che forse anche causa questo, ti fa sentire ancora più coccolato ed al centro delle loro attenzioni. Torneremo sicuramente, soprattutto considerando i futuri periodi di tarfufo bianco e gran nero (ultimo e primo trimestre dell'anno solare). Complimenti vivissimi a Guido ed a tutto il suo intero Staff!! Daje sempre così...a presto!!!

29/03/2025: Ieri sera sono stata per la prima volta da Santa Marghe. Potrei dirvi che la pizza è buona, ma sarebbe riduttivo! La pizza è ECCEZIONALE! La perfezione: impasto lievitato a regola d'arte, materie prime di ottima qualità, cura nei dettagli. Il connubio perfetto per far gioire le papille gustative! Ottimi anche i dolci. Assolutamente un locale che consiglierei a chiunque!

29/03/2025: La pizzeria e un bel locale, accogliente, i camerieri e lo staff sono spettacolari,una varietà di pizze anche da asporto.. lo consiglio vivamente ne vale la pena andarci. Provare per credere. A presto santa marghe.

14/04/2025: As soon as we entered they accompanied us near the grill to show us how the meat and starters would be served. I thought it was the usual grill place... but I was wrong. Everything was superlative. My compliments also to the staff. Definitely a place to return to.

26/04/2025: As usual we often go to the Terrazzo Costantino restaurant and it amazes us every time!.....A cuisine that goes beyond what is classic....a unique taste from every point of view. The strictly local ingredients or in any case from our territory are exalted in a unique way by the hands of the chef. A guarantee for those who want to experience unique emotions with food! Then the restaurant is a gem... in a town nestled among the Madonie mountains which offers spectacular landscapes! All seasoned, as I was saying, with the chef's passion for cooking who creates unique culinary journeys. Highly recommended!!!

13/04/2025: The restaurant is in a rustic style with modern furniture, the staff is friendly and helpful. The tortelli stuffed with pumpkin with cream cheese and hazelnuts were delicious, the Angus steak very tasty. Extensive wine list and very good homemade desserts. Definitely recommended.
