25/09/2025: Excellent pizza and delicious desserts prepared directly by their very friendly and knowledgeable staff who know how to recommend and, above all, are very quick to serve. The appetizer was also excellent; those meatballs were really good. The owner even offered us a amaro. An experience we absolutely will repeat.

30/11/2025: An excellent experience from start to finish. Returning to Borgo del Cacchione is always a rewarding experience, but this time—there were seven of us—it was even more surprising. The welcome was warm and professional, accompanied by a simple but delicious plate of potatoes and pecorino cheese, perfect for the start. We began the dinner with their mixed raw fish, which was truly extraordinary: impeccable freshness, clean flavors, and balanced pairings. A dish worth the visit alone. For main courses, we chose tagliata and amatriciana: tender meat, cooked to perfection, generous and well-prepared side dishes, and a rich, flavorful, flawless pasta. All accompanied by two carefully selected glasses of wine and a water service that was always present but never intrusive. The service, as always, was impeccable: attentive, quick, kind, with that professionalism that makes you feel cared for without being disturbed. The location remains one of its strong points: immersed in the greenery of the Castelli Romani, well-kept, quiet, ideal for both groups and couples. Full rating: 5 out of 5. Excellent cuisine, a wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service. One of the best dining experiences in the area. We'll definitely be back.

02/11/2025: From the moment the staff opened the door and greeted me, I felt this was a warm and inviting restaurant. The sign on the wall proclaiming that they had over 300 bottles of wine confirmed this was the place for me, a wine lover. The food was excellent, and the male staff member, despite his young age, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, even helping me choose the wine! The owner of the farmhouse recommended this restaurant, and it was definitely a delightful dinner. I look forward to another visit. 👍👍👍

There are only three tables inside, but there are many outside. We ate lasagna, canelloni, goulash soup, and also drank one drink each of wine, beer, and water - it cost 40 euros. 12/12/2025: I went here based on glowing reccomendations. Service was good. Friendly, welcoming staff. The food itself however was not to my liking. I had seafood spaghetti with lobster. The lobster was chopped up and I kept finding stray bits of shell in my whole dish. It meant I wasn't able to enjoy it. The spaghetti itself was not particularly flavoursome. My sons pizza was enjoyed.

03/12/2025: Saporimaestri is a restaurant with an elegant and intimate atmosphere. We ate wonderfully, and the prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered. Special mention goes to the seafood salad, which was truly excellent. Finally, the waiter was super professional and truly kind.

03/12/2025: Dinner with friends and family. The setting is more suited to couples than group dinners, as we did. We went on a weekday evening, so we didn't bother anyone (other couples of all ages were there). We had a great time and were thoroughly pampered. We enjoyed appetizers, followed by a choice of first and second courses. No one chose the tasting menus, which nevertheless looked interesting. The fish appetizers were delicious; the cuttlefish had a distinct saffron flavor... A pleasant surprise. The seafood risotto was particularly popular, as was the spaghetti alla chitarra with tomato and prawns. Those who ate the ravioli confirmed it was a sure thing. The tuna tartare was a hit, and we ordered seconds. The desserts were also well received (three available, but also upon request). The wine list was very interesting, although we didn't taste any since the men had to watch. We limited ourselves to a beer.... Let's just say it was a borderline request for this "Milanese chic" establishment. Everything was excellent, no complaints. Price per dish ranged from 20 to 24 euros. Desserts ranged from 8 to 13 euros, if I remember correctly. We made reservations at opening for dinner at 8:00 PM with a reserved table. Almost all the tables were occupied.

13/10/2025: We spent a day in Glurns and reserved a table for the evening. The pizzas are incredibly delicious, the wine excellent, and the service superb. We'll be back if we're in the area again. Many thanks to the chef for the pleasant conversation.

28/09/2025: I came halfway across the world and this is probably the best gelato I’ve ever had. And the owner is one of the nicest people you’ll meet (he gave free icecream to a couple of homeless people even when they tried to pay). Impressed by food, by service and by the warmth too ❤️
