31/12/2024: When we come to Chiavari with our family (a few times a year) we always choose the Monte Rosa hotel! The hotel has modern, spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, but the "old" service where the customer feels pampered and even spoiled! The staff never changes and I don't know who to thank more, they are exceptional people, helpful, professional, caring and very kind! Whenever there was an unexpected event (it happens with small children!) they always helped us and solved every problem for us. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice and everything is freshly cooked. We have had dinner several times and everything has always been excellent! In the summer we always used the swimming pool which is a real pearl considering that it is located in the center!

21/12/2024: I stayed for 3 days for a sports competition, very friendly staff, clean rooms, plentiful and excellent quality breakfast, a few steps from the centre. I recommend it

16/02/2025: Nice seafood restaurant, elegant but not too much. The dishes all ranged from good to very good. The downside? The service… ETERNAL for all the courses! We arrived at 1.15pm, there were already some tables occupied but the restaurant was at half capacity, despite this to eat 2 courses plus dessert it took us 2 hours and 20 minutes😳

06/02/2025: Ordered on deliveroo, delivery time that continues to increase rather than decrease, I call the restaurant to get information and, after being treated in a way that to say is rude is an understatement, when I said that the service and assistance were poor, I was told that next time I can not order from them. No comment..good thing you're dealing with the public. Shame

23/01/2025: Tonight it was me and my colleague.... We were here on business, we come from Modena... We ate divinely, everything was delicious, excellent cuts and excellent chips... the friendliness of the waiter was unique and very professional. The cook is a young girl but with great love for what he does and you can see it in the dishes that come out... if I come back here for work.. I will also come back to eat there.. I recommend it
