01/06/2025: Flawless from start to finish. The venue is elegant, the cuisine is refined and flavorful, and the welcome is impeccable. You can feel that every detail has been carefully considered, both in the food and the ambiance. Life is magnificent. Special mention goes to the fish antipasti, a delight. An excellent address that we highly recommend.

01/06/2025: Just passing through Bari, with the desire to eat something "fishy", we booked at this restaurant, the reviews were good. Lunch with my daughter, it had been a long time since I heard: "how wonderful!" In addition to the service, polite and welcoming, despite it being late compared to the time of reservation, what really struck us were the flavors and the aroma of very fresh products and cooked with great skill. But who is the chef??? Even the combinations of the dishes were a joy for the eyes before the palate, original but respectful of the individual flavors, well done!! The desserts that we saw passing by all seemed appealing and in the end our choice fully satisfied us. In short, if I had to recommend where to eat good fish in Bari .......

We stayed in Pastrengo for two nights and came to dinner both evenings in this family-restaurant where Sara was there to welcome us, a collaborator so good that we thought she was the owner. Excellent dishes, food made all by them with prices that were too honest. At the end of the evening we met the owner and master in the kitchen Stefano who with his simplicity and friendliness won us over. Having learned that we were two newlyweds the following evening they had a table decorated for the occasion ready for us. Truly warm-hearted people ❤️

24/06/2025: Pachers Boutique hotel is simply amazing. Set in the hillside above Brixen with views in all directions. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful at all times. The food is absolutely amazing, from breakfast to dinner there's something for everyone. The Spa with it's Sauna, Ice Bath and Swimming pool are a welcome rest after a long day. There are bike and walking trails off in all directions. I really hope I get to return to Pachers again soon. Thanks for an amazing stay.

15/06/2025: While staying at Agerola, I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of the hotel owner and was so satisfied that I went there two days in a row. The food, atmosphere, and service were all satisfactory, and the price was good! This is a restaurant I recommend if you come to the South. The draft beer and local wine were also really delicious. Thank you for giving me a happy time.

02/06/2025: I am writing this review while I am at FASSANGUE (a restaurant where I have always gone with pleasure) which literally saved my evening… I had a reservation for 2 at 9 pm today Monday 2 June 2025, reservation confirmed by the girl on the phone with whom I wanted to reassure myself that they were open… well we arrive in front of the restaurant and find it closed, I tried to call on the cell phone which is disconnected… what can I say? After this experience I will definitely make sure to never come to this restaurant, not even if I were starving, and at least for my circle of acquaintances (not a few) I will make sure that no one ever comes here. Even if there was a problem or if the reservations were few (strange considering that Fassangue is quite full) it would be right to at least warn by call or whatsapp (we are in 2025) That said I continue my excellent dinner at FASSANGUE (yes I will repeat it often in this review)

23/05/2025: All the dishes on the menu are special, they differ from what you find around, even if the basis is Japanese cuisine, but meat instead of fish. Interesting and welcome suggestions on wine. The service is very welcoming and attentive.

31/05/2025: It's been years since I've been here. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. Everything is excellent. Generous portions, fast service. The only micro remarks, in a super positive experience, that I feel like making: 1. The cream of the revisited carbonara should have been slightly more cooked in my opinion. 2. I noticed too many "ear-pullings" to the waiting staff. Perhaps pointing out the errors separately would be more appropriate.

10/06/2025: Very good pizza at a fair price. The pizzas are very large and exceptionally delicious. The atmosphere is very nice. There is plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. The restrooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The outdoor terrace is really cozy.

20/06/2025: We visited this fantastic place as part of a tour of the Parma region for a food experience. A family business that serves wonderful food and wine ins quiet atmosphere. We really enjoyed the experience.

17/06/2025: Welcoming place, helpful and kind staff unfortunately not satisfied with the ham, as they served me, after having asked for a sweet ham, a 34 month old product obviously cut very thin and at the beginning, justifying the fact that each ham has a different taste based on the cut, I know this too, but the manager should have informed me that the cut was at the beginning and, certainly I would not have ordered it, as it was too seasoned therefore not sweet and then slices of ten cm. x four obviously cut very thin and salty ... I cannot write a positive review, also because when I kindly pointed it out, I was answered: ehhh well, as if to say someone has to touch it ... wrong person .... Mr. Ugolotti with a shop of certainly excellent products you cannot make such a fool of yourself ...

04/06/2025: I was there yesterday, we had a fixed fish menu, 35 euros per person, the menu includes an appetizer, first course, second course, dessert and coffee, everything very good and well cooked, the owner is helpful but gets too familiar, but if you like the sea air this is the right place.

30/05/2025: We had dinner at the Locanda dei Borgia. Family management. Intimate setting with porcelain cutlery and accessories. Spectacular company from the owner. The menu and wine list were well-curated. We took the fish menus, very fresh and cooked in a harmonious way, with a superfine taste. My child, who doesn't like fish, was given a menu reserved for him and managed in an organized manner. Fast service. At the end they offered us a liqueur and a trio of desserts, not to mention the clean, well-kept and colorful setting in Amalfi / Torre del Greco style, as tradition dictates. Thank you

12/06/2025: We stopped here during our hike and were very pleased. Beautiful views, friendly staff, and delicious food. We had the snack board and the dumplings, and everything was delicious.

10/06/2025: A very nice alpine pasture, we come here every year and have always been very satisfied, although this time it was a little different. The staff were, as always, very friendly and attentive, but the food has become a disaster, with a very expensive menu. I could understand that for this location, but the quality has to be right. The large salad bowl consists of 3 large lettuce leaves (not chopped), 4 cucumber slices, and 4 tomato quarters. I couldn't find any mustard sauce, and the seeds were about half a teaspoon of two types. It cost 14 euros, and if it had cost 6 euros I would have been disappointed with the chef too, but not annoyed. The schnitzel and fries were average, and at 20 euros it was too much. The soup was okay, but the craftsmanship wasn't convincing for the price. I'm only giving it 5 stars for the service and the location; what the owners are making of it is outrageous and pretentious. It's a shame, but there are several alpine pastures in the area.
