16/01/2025: Un piccolo locale nel cuore della città, silenzioso e tranquillo. Una focaccia al formaggio davvero folle: impasto sottilissimo, tanto stracchino e condimenti abbondanti. Da provare anche le schiacciate, senza lievito e molto molto buone pure loro (foto). Ho apprezzato molto la personalità che il ragazzo ha dato alle sue focacce. Servizio molto veloce (compatibilmente con i tempi di cottura, è chiaro). Da non lasciarsi scappare!

05/02/2025: Trattoria con negozio di alimentari antico davvero: dal 1882, in una piccola frazione tranquilla nel comune di Vaglia. Pochi tavoli in ambiente rustico, atmosfera simpatica da cucina verace anche nella presentazione delle portate, con tegamini e vassoi invece che piatti. Menù con ricette toscane ben fatte. Ho gradito particolarmente i carciofi fritti, asciutti e saporiti. Buono il vino rosso della casa e prezzi contenuti (coperto a 1 euro per pranzo).

21/12/2024: On the way back from Vernona to Manerba we happened to stop at the Osteria H2O. As a starter we received a wonderful greeting from the kitchen: among other things, very good, homemade bread and wonderful olive oil. My wife and I had the Maccharoni all Amitriciana. Fantastic! We will definitely come back.

15/01/2025: When I need to relax together with my husband we go to Le Margherite...located in the countryside of Sala di Cesenatico it is an oasis of peace, when you arrive at the long avenue as you walk along it you see a cultivated vegetable garden to discover which are the vegetables that you you will then find in the dishes you will eat...later a splendid girl, cute and kind, welcomes you with her smile, cuddles you while she serves you the dishes...then Margherita arrives...a hurricane of sympathy , at this point we move on to ordering simple but refined dishes full of flavours, accompanied by an excellent glass of wine ... what a delight ... in the summer you eat outside under a portico with a splendid view, a swimming pool created especially for adults and children...I repeat myself...an oasis.

02/12/2024: I was exactly a month ago on the occasion of a walk in the Fara San Martino gorges. Excellent gourmet cuisine made with exquisite ingredients expertly mixed together, presented with appropriate elegance and refinement from the first to the last dish. Warm and welcoming location also if reserved only for a few guests who are still guaranteed an intimate and familiar welcome thanks to the courtesy and affability of the owners

02/03/2025: On the recommendation of some acquaintances and after trying it one Sunday, we booked this restaurant for our daughter's Confirmation lunch. Comfortable atmosphere. Good food, well-prepared dishes, but the portions are too small, sometimes I would say embarrassing. The menu included 2 first courses and instead they brought us risotto and pasta on the same plate!! An encore, where there were 20g of pasta at most. When we asked for a ripasso with the pasta we were told no! They only ripassa with the rice. As for the first courses, the portions of the second courses were small, here too no ripasso, as soon as you finished eating the plate was taken away. Cold and impersonal service. The price paid does not reflect what is served. We will not return and neither will our guests.

27/02/2025: Excellent place to have lunch. The food was 10/10 as well as the service. We were attended by very nice, funny and understanding waitress. I was struggling with my Italian and she waited patiently. Not too much noise nor expensive. It also has terrace. Medium capacity but they made space for 9 of us. Would repeat.

09/02/2025: Tried it for the first time for my mother's birthday: excellent service, waiters present and fast. Good pizza dough and quality raw material. The pizza with fresh seafood is spectacular

05/02/2025: In Masullas, a town of 1000 souls, one of the best and most balanced pizzas ever tasted! Light dough, local (therefore genuine) ingredients. And that delicious onion!!! We brought out the pizza chef for a well-deserved round of applause!

05/01/2025: Very particular place with a circus theme or at least as regards the setting. It really feels like being in a circus. They do both a restaurant and a pizzeria. This evening we opted for the architect pizza. Really very good. Apart from the seasoning which you may or may not like, the dough was nothing short of fabulous. The delicious pistachio cream dessert inside a dark chocolate hemisphere. All good and if you are in the area again you will return.
