First time at this restaurant. The atmosphere is small but welcoming. As soon as I read the menu, I was in a panic, as I'm a vegetarian, because there wasn't a single dish to choose from. But after asking, they recommended some à la carte dishes that could be "adapted" by eliminating some ingredients that, in my opinion, ARE MAIN ingredients in the dish itself. One piece of advice I can give is to include vegetarian dishes on the menu, given the chef's skill. It's a shame not to give a completely positive review for this reason.

03/04/2026: I ate very well, the quality is beyond question. A very nice atmosphere with soft lighting, very relaxing, surrounded by greenery. The welcome and kindness were also excellent. I highly recommend it.

21/04/2026: Mauro is a trusted name in Canavese. For decades, he's been offering reinterpreted Piedmontese cuisine with consistently high quality. The wine selection, including local wines, is also excellent.
