We came here for dinner on the recommendation of our hotel. Very friendly welcome and service. Starters: prosciutto, mozzarella and melon, and insalata di polpo. Main courses: pizza diavola and candele alla Genovese. Everything was delicious and the red wine Ischia D.O.C. Per e Palummo was excellent. Highly recommended.

Well.... What can I say, it's a real shame to give 3 stars since the evening had started well but unfortunately the staff, although kind, was completely disorganized and with waiting times of over an hour for a simple pizza and there were few customers, giving priority above all to take-away.

Good restaurant, rather small, reservations are a must. We arrived at 7 pm and got a table for four. Everything else was reserved. Unfortunately, they only have a digital menu. The food was good and freshly prepared.

Fabulous little restaurant! Food was amazing, service just right: quick but not intrusive, very clean and pleasant aesthetic, and lovely music tracks playing. Fair prices for excellent quality food and prosecco.

I’ve been in Italy for almost two weeks now and had pizza nearly every day sometimes multiple times per day and this was the best! It was the best pizza I’ve ever had! Absolutely loved it! Great service, great atmosphere great prices I can’t recommend it enough!!!

08/05/2026: A fairly historic restaurant and pizzeria. The pizzas are excellent, but the traditional cuisine is also fantastic. The value for money is truly excellent, the pasta alla genovese is a must 🔥❤️✌🏻 Highly recommended!
12/04/2026: We had the fried pizza and the nerano, both very good! The staff were friendly and helpful. I was with my dog, who was very welcoming, offering him water and even snacks. Highly recommended!

14/08/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Fracatel! The food was absolutely superb — fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with the best local ingredients. The service was outstanding: the staff took such good care of us, always kind, attentive, and thoughtful about our needs, never once making us feel rushed or unwelcome. One especially touching moment was when a member of the team celebrated their birthday and kindly shared their homemade cake with us — such a sweet gesture that made us feel like part of the family. A true gem where hospitality and quality go hand in hand. Highly recommended!
