22/06/2025: Very nice and well-kept place, family-run. I went with some friends and we had a great time: the staff is organized and very friendly and the kitchen is quick in preparing the orders. The food is really high quality, excellent trio of appetizers and a wide choice with local specialties. Absolutely normal prices. Highly recommended!!

08/05/2025: What can I say... I approached the counter asking if it was possible to remove the coriander from the first courses, I was told that at the moment (lunch time) it was only possible to have brunch/breakfast and that therefore the coriander wasn't there. We order two English breakfasts and two beers. The beers very good, the breakfasts were full of coriander. So, first of all, I have never seen an English breakfast with coriander (beans, fava beans, frankfurters, eggs) and secondly, we had been explicitly told that breakfasts didn't have it. Well, that sucks. Hardly eatable. We didn't say anything because the dish would have to be completely redone and we understand that it could be a significant loss for the manager but we wasted 14 euros each. Very bad experience. We felt cheated. Half of Italians hate coriander. Change job. In one of the photos that little green pile is the amount of coriander that we removed from just one of the plates. Oh mama. We won't be coming back again. Furthermore, that frankfurter was probably a really poor product from the discount store.

24/06/2025: We celebrated my parents' 50th anniversary at Casa Modò, a location with attention to detail and renovated with a swimming pool and ornamental pond. Everything was perfect, from the quality of the ingredients to the presentation of the dish and impeccable service in the dining room. I would like to thank in particular the two Heads of Service, the Maitre Mrs. Giovanna and the Director Mr. Pappalardo, people who with their professionalism really make the difference. well done well done everyone

15/04/2025: A place that from the outside seemed very crowded due to various birthdays, inside it is very large and the place was found quickly even though we didn't book (x7). Friendly and nice waitresses, fairly fast service, top pizza + sorbets. I haven't been back for 3 years and I regret it, I hope to come more often, highly recommended!

29/05/2025: Warm and welcoming family-run trattoria. Nice and characteristic atmosphere - beautiful wooden door that opens to the kitchen. Precise and professional service. Beautiful and tasty dishes (in the photos: appetizer: pea cream soup, second course: chicken with herbs, dessert: chocolate ingot). Reasonable price list (I spent 38 euros without wine). I will definitely return on my trips to Florence.

This restaurant, located in Via Senatore Cordova 90 in Aidone, is a true gem that undoubtedly deserves my full five stars. As soon as you cross the threshold, you are greeted by an enchanting location, cared for down to the smallest details and surprisingly spacious. The structure is spread over several levels, starting from large internal rooms that open onto a delightful covered external section, culminating in a magnificent tree-lined and lush garden, an oasis of peace where you can have lunch surrounded by greenery. The environment is designed to offer comfort and beauty, making every moment spent here a true pleasure. The owner and all the staff have proven to be impeccably professional, accompanied by contagious friendliness and rare availability. Every request was handled with a smile and attention to the customer that really makes the difference. But the real star is undoubtedly the food. The quality of the raw materials is top-notch, with carefully selected ingredients that can be perceived in every dish. The Chef himself comes to the table to present the different proposals and courses of the menu, a touch of class that adds value to the experience and demonstrates the passion and dedication to cooking. We began our gastronomic journey with a generous local and home-made appetizer, a riot of Sicilian flavors. From perfect fried foods to creative creations, to a Piacentinu cheese fondue that won everyone over. Each element of the appetizer was an invitation to discover the culinary richness of Sicily. The first courses left us speechless. Among the proposals, we tasted a fresh pasta with a white Nebrodi pork ragù, a combination of robust and refined flavors, and paccheri with saffron, delicate and enveloping. The mastery of the preparation was reflected in the consistency of the pasta and the balance of the seasonings. For the second course, the grilled steak was a triumph. Tasty, perfectly cooked to appreciate the redness of the meat inside and an irresistible crust on the outside. The quality of the meat was evident and the impeccable cooking brought out every flavor. To accompany the courses, we opted for water and a Planeta Frappato red wine, which paired magnificently with the dishes, further enriching the experience. To finish on a sweet note, the desserts were the worthy culmination of a superb meal. Each dessert is made on the spot, guaranteeing freshness and an authentic flavor. We delighted the palate with a sublime cheesecake with berries, a warm chocolate heart with a delicious cream bath and a classic but impeccable tiramisu. Finally, bitters and coffee ended this memorable lunch in style. Ristorante Vecchia Aidone is a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and high quality dining experience. We had a great time enjoying excellent food in a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be back to try other dishes and enjoy an evening dinner in the charming garden.

22/06/2025: This was my first meal in Rome. Absolutely delicious and great service. Eyasu and Momo were awesome and the owner Rita were so welcoming. Love the presentations as well of the Balsamic, olive oils and chocolates. Very cozy place, lots of choices and food is delicious. Muito bon. Bon appetit!

16/06/2025: I originally planned to visit a nearby restaurant that’s a bit Instagram-famous, but they were fully booked. On a recommendation from the waiter at that spot, I wandered around the corner to this place—and I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere had great vibes and a lovely outdoor area. My server, Momo (apologies if I got the name wrong), was fantastic. I trusted his recommendations for every course, and he absolutely delivered—he suggested some of the best local wine I’ve ever tasted! I started with a meat and cheese selection, followed by cacio e pepe gnocchi, and finished with tiramisu. I don’t have photos of the second half of the meal because the lovely Momo kindly charged my phone for me as it was out of battery. He even brought out some special local chocolate with a pairing that was absolutely delightful. This place is incredible. Don’t sleep on it!
