Good food but something still needs to be improved... 1- the menu is not at all intuitive, inconvenient when choosing a reservation; 2- too expensive chips (after getting some chips with cheddar and bacon, they arrived in minimal quantities) Delicious, fresh burgers and toppings!

Oggi martedì 10 settembre su Google il locale risultava aperto....dalle 18.00 alle 01.00 ma arrivati lì dopo 40 minuti di traffico... sorpresaaaaa locale chiuso.... mettete un avviso su instagram aFacebook. Nonostante ciò sono tornato dopo tanto tempo , che dire cibo di qualità , personale gentile e cortese... Panini ottimi farciti cn ingredienti di prima scelta.

La comida no era lo que se esperaba. Se pidió una hamburguesa con guacamole y pepinillos, y no los trajo. Por otro lado, aunque fueron amables en la atención, hubo demasiado tiempo de espera.

E’ la prima volta che vado da Pinello ne sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa. Un bel e super buono panino una buona birra prodotti di qualità personale gentile proprietario attento e simpatico. Ci tornerò sicuramente ogniqualvolta vorrò gustarmi un buon panino. Lo consiglio

Bravi! Panini buonissimi e non banali Io ho assaggiato una ciabatta croccante cn maialino cotto a bassa temperatura con condimenti delicati e non eccessivi Delizioso ci torneremo per provare altri gusti

24/03/2024: Nice place, cuisine a little above average, modest prices, shame that at full capacity they don't have an organization capable of maintaining the aforementioned level, therefore to be avoided at the weekend, the place becomes noisy, overworked staff, waiting times are decidedly long , the pizza is not cooked well and some pizza arrives while the others at the table are eating dessert.... not enough rating 5, we also paid for the pizza which arrived beyond the limit of decency

18/03/2024: I would have given even more stars if it weren't for some small details that I don't appreciate, such as the absence of particular sauces (ketchup and mayo I can eat at home every day) or the fact that no additions can be made to the sandwiches, which are now something typical in all places of this type in the city. You can feel that the products are of quality, the place is beautiful and pleasant, but it lacks that touch to reach a higher level. Sandwiches without chips are a bit cheap, eh! It would be enough to add €0.50 to the price of the sandwich to throw a handful of chips on the plate and make a good impression, come on! Still a positive experience overall.
14/03/2024: The food is nothing special especially considering the price. We were a large group and there was a lot of disorganization in managing it.
