03/02/2025: What can I say, from the kitchen to all the surroundings you can't speak bad about anything. Quality meat, delicious meat sushi and spectacular cutting boards. Great place to have a lunch or dinner.

21/02/2025: We went to this restaurant for a charity dinner sponsored by Gambero Rosso. Delicious aperitif and super dinner. Particularly appreciated were the tartare (with anchovies and lemon reduction) and the risotto with Stilton and Laphroaig cheese (with a hint of smoke given by the whisky). All dishes were accompanied by wines from the Belcolle winery (the various combinations were excellent). Thank you all for a lovely evening and we will definitely be back.

13/02/2025: In the tranquility of the Turin hills, the ancient villa houses two elegant rooms furnished with minimal taste, with excellent service from trained and attentive staff. The traditionally revisited Piedmontese dishes are excellent, the desserts are spectacular.

19/02/2025: What a hidden gem! From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, every dish was creative and delicious. Even the breads were intensely flavorful. The starter—a 64-degree egg with Gorgonzola cream and cocoa nibs, lightly dusted with cocoa—was unlike anything we had ever tasted. The only dish that resembled what we imagined was the basic pasta and sauce, which was fantastic. All the dishes were stunningly inventive and creative. Even the basic pasta forms were worked into dishes that were culinary art pieces. Their chefs can work magic. The wine list consisted of unique regional wines from small producers. The ones we had, recommendations from our server, were excellent. The service was impeccable. This restaurant is a must-visit when in Florence!

02/02/2025: I had a reservation at Nugolo but unfortunately, I got very sick with a cold on the day of my visit. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding, which I truly appreciated. Their warmth and professionalism left such a positive impression that I’m even more excited to dine there next time! Luckily, I visit Florence often, so I’ll definitely be making it a priority on my next trip.

28/01/2025: Super! Excellent value for money, with an exceptional choice. Friendly and attentive waiters. Workers' menu for lunch ALSO on SATURDAYS. Ample parking, however sometimes it is not enough. Suitable for groups or with children. Closed Sunday and Monday evening.

If you are looking for a place on Sundays with the family it is perfect, but for the other days it is no different. Impeccable service, a rare commodity today. Finishing on a sweet note is the right shot to convince even the most sceptical.

25/01/2025: When you go to Italy you have very high expectations when it comes to pizza and pasta. Without a doubt we found the authentic Neapolitan pizza in this place. And if every bite of the pizza was an orgasm, on top of that the kindness, speed and attention of those who run this business is worth highlighting. As I told you, I wish you would come to Spain and be able to enjoy that wonderful pizza more times. The girl's homemade desserts are also spectacular, especially the pistachio one. ❤️
