09/12/2025: I won't dwell on the fact that the information on Google is misleading, to say the least, and has somewhat confirmed the general disarray we encountered throughout our experience at this restaurant. The positive aspects of the lunch were (alas) only the following: - The appetizer: I personally ordered a shrimp tartare, which I particularly enjoyed, so much so that I even complimented it; - The waiter, who always treated us with impeccable courtesy, successfully managing a situation in which everyone at the table was clearly annoyed by the wait, likely due to the kitchen's lack of organization; - The wine; Regarding the quality of the dishes, initially the lunch seemed to be heading in the right direction, given the premise with the appetizer. This assessment changed drastically due to what followed: an interminable wait culminating in meager portions and varying amounts from dish to dish. Several people had ordered pasta with clams: it would have been more appropriate to call it "pasta with parsley" (I counted about ten shells on my plate, four of which contained the clam). Given our hunger and the need to soak up the amount of wine we'd sipped in the long hour and a half between the appetizer and the main course, we preferred not to argue for fear of having to wait longer than we were willing to endure. After the main courses, we also had some homemade desserts: good, no complaints. The far from lavish experience finally concluded with the bill, which would have been appropriate if the service had been impeccable: given the above, it can easily be described as disproportionate (and certainly not recoupable with a round of complimentary wine). I like to think that this was just an unfortunate isolated incident, and that the quality offered is generally higher. Personally, I won't be returning.

09/12/2025: My pasta was good, personally, but two hours for pasta with butter and parmesan is a bit excessive. The staff was nice, but it doesn't justify the interminable wait and the food, which was overall decent. *When I called the restaurant to make a reservation (Google AI BRITTONI Treviso), I couldn't imagine speaking to a place other than the one I'd first searched for and then called using the "call" button. Furthermore, when my companion went to the cashier to pay, he pointed out that the pasta with clams ordered by five of our friends had a truly paltry amount of clams for such a high price, and the staff agreed with him. So, I can only advise you to consult with your staff before responding rudely to a more than legitimate review, given the general disarray, the lack of accurate information on Google, and the nearly two-hour wait for lunch. 19/12/2025: A typical restaurant just steps from the Papal Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. We had dinner for two in December 2025, ordering two special pizzas from the menu. The dishes were delicious, with top-notch ingredients and fantastic pairings. The pizza dough was very light. Extremely courteous and professional staff. I highly recommend this experience because Brigantino is TOP.

09/12/2025: Already intrigued by the kind words and, above all, the inviting photos I saw on Google, I decided to dive into this avalanche of flavors. The two gentlemen running the cart, dynamic and easygoing, deftly move between sandwiches, plates, and succulent lampredotto. The menu selection is vast, branching out into sandwiches and baskets, best accompanied by a generous slice of bread. The lampredotto sandwich, su maestà, complete or with salt and pepper, salsa verde, or spicy sauce, is the star. The lamb's stomach, framed by a rosette soaked in meat broth, is crispy yet tender on the palate. A red wine to accompany it, and the experience can begin. Not only lampredotto, but also tripe, boiled meat, and porchetta, beating everyone else around. A highly recommended experience and definitely one to repeat.

17/12/2025: I'm correcting last month's experience with a more recent one. It was a decent experience; I had lunch here on the first Sunday of the month, December 7th. The food, though adequate, was not to be commended. The service was decent, with a few negatives regarding the rather mediocre wine quality. The warm desserts and the cake, which was truly exceptional, ended positively.

17/11/2025: Olbia was the last stop on our two-week tour of Sardinia. We had eaten many good pizzas up to that point, but we found the best one here. The staff was friendly, and they also offer excellent gluten-free pizza. We can also recommend the house wine. We even visited the restaurant on two evenings because we enjoyed it so much!

08/12/2025: The atmosphere is very beautiful, carved into a cave. The food is decent, but not up to my expectations. The first course was a little cold, and the lamb was a bit dry. The waitress was very kind and helpful.

29/11/2025: Excellent restaurant in an old watchtower. Intimate and refined atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food. The owner is friendly and offers plenty of advice on the dishes on offer. Fair prices. Definitely recommended.

08/11/2025: Fairytale Wedding on October 18, 2025 5 stars aren't enough to describe how wonderful this place is♥️ They made my day enchanting. Luca with the buffet and then with the dishes served at the table was the TOP!!! Then what can I say about the set-up by Cinzia♥️ and Lisa ♥️ who with their hands create wonders, making everything UNIQUE!!! Then, no less, all the staff who work there are UNIQUEly kind, and Marco with the cigar and rum corner is BRAVISSIMO!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU FROM THE HEART TO ALL OF YOU♥️♥️♥️♥️

04/12/2025: Hygiene is a given. I was facing the waitress, cutting the mortadella, adjusting her bra straps, retouching the cold cuts with the same hands, picking up the jar containing the horseradish, pouring it onto the bruschetta with the same hands, setting the jar aside, and returning to slicing the mortadella. I walked away disgusted by this scene, especially after having ordered two similar bruschettas. Terrible! The owner should teach his employees some hygiene courses, or else some appropriate body will take care of it.

18/12/2025: An experience you'll definitely want to repeat here in Albino. A small farmhouse, isolated from the town and surrounded by greenery, offers truly exceptional dishes. There's also a modest amount of parking, and it's definitely a suitable venue for large groups for events or parties, but it might also be worth trying on your own! Truly, truly excellent, congratulations.

11/10/2025: It's been about three years since I've been able to organize a dinner, even though I live in the buildings across the street. This place is a true culinary delight. The interior and exterior have been perfectly renovated, making the space even more welcoming with an elegant yet deeply local atmosphere. I've found the food to have improved even further; the ingredients are always fresh and well-prepared, the portions are generous, and the price, in my opinion, is in line with the quality of the products. They also offer an interesting mushroom menu. A special mention for the fondue and truffle plin and the tuna steak with mushrooms are memorable. Excellent selection of wines, including local ones, which are hard to find in restaurants in the Genoa area. The staff is attentive, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended.

12/12/2025: Beautiful location in the pristine landscape of the Caserta province. A comprehensive menu featuring dishes featuring local herbs, artistically presented by the talented Anna. The staff is kind, meticulous, and professional. An unmissable experience for a restaurant that deserves more stars. The dishes are difficult to describe, but all exquisite. Each course... a ritual, also thanks to the beautiful story Anna tells. Everything is excellent!!!
