08/02/2025: Absolutely fantastic, cousy place. When you taste Prosciutto San Daniele, it melts in your mouth. Truly exceptional quality, best in the world. Rest of our short late lunch was also amazing, local cheeses, very tasty bread, burrata, friulian very nice white wine. Worth visit, grazie mille to the owner. Whenever we will be back in San Daniele, we will stop here again !

03/02/2025: Di passaggio a Pontremoli ci siamo fermati a mangiare all'Osteria da Busse'... Una vera scoperta! Piatti tipici della zona, cucinati con passione. Non avevevamo mai assaggiato i "Testaroli" con crema di noci e parmigiano e vi garantisco che sono qualcosa di spettacolare. Come i "cavoli ripieni coi pien". Porzioni abbondanti, cibo ottimo e atmosfera accogliente. Se passate da Pontremoli, non potete non fermarvi! Complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff!

16/02/2025: Ho prenotato io perché avevo avuto un bel ricordo quando ero venuta anni passati Purtroppo ho sbagliato i piatti perché sono stati deludenti La mia recensione e’ per migliorare la cucina perché il servizio e’ stato attento e professionale Ho preso una zuppa di cipolle ed era troppo piena di formaggio e asciutta e poi i bigoli con le sarde completamente sbagliati il piccante sovrastava il piatto , le sarde non si sentivano e c’era troppo pesto , alla modica cifra senza dolce di 50 euro a testa Mio marito ha mangiato bene quindi erano sbagliati i miei piatti Qualità / prezzo troppo alta Mi spiace !!!

15/02/2025: Mi dispiace scrivere una recensione negativa, ma se vuoi lavorare con il pubblico devi essere organizzato. Non puoi prenotare per le 22:30 e stare fuori in fila alle 23:30 con prenotazioni delle 21:30. ASSURDO! ORGANIZZATEVI! e se bisogna rinunciare a qualche tavolo per lavorare meglio bisogna farlo.

15/02/2025: Inaffidabile sulle prenotazioni,organizzazione pessima abbiamo prenotato per le 22,30 e alle 23 stavano anora entrando le prenotazioni delle 21.

06/01/2025: Un posto dove si può godere grazie alla qualità di tutto quanto offerto dal menu, dalla carta dei vini e dalla sezione pizzeria. Non per ultimo un servizio è un ospitalità che solo la propria famiglia potrebbe dare con la stessa quantità di attenzioni. Veramente top!

05/01/2025: Dopo alcuni tentativi andati a vuoto siamo riusciti a prenotare per la sera del 1 gennaio. Locale affollato e un pochino rumoroso. Gentilmente accolti e sollecita la raccolta dell'ordinazione. Abbiamo scelto un'ottima focaccia col lardo poi gnocchetti con zucca e un filetto ai funghi porcini. Piatti abbondanti e ottimamente presentati. Qualità ottima. Buon rapporto q/p. Ci ritorneremo.
