11/06/2025: No elevator, luggage to carry by hand, the balcony is Roman style overlooking the construction site. New but poorly maintained structure, obsolete air conditioning, burned out lamps, paid parking in the summer months.
10/06/2025: Family place, excellent food, kind and knowledgeable staff. Exceptional quality/price ratio. Highly recommended.

03/06/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante con un gruppo di amici, tavolini carini all esterno, all interno il locale appare un po’ datato. I servizi si trovano vicino alla cucina e purtroppo abbiamo sentito schiamazzi ed imprecazioni un po’ imbarazzanti per il cliente che ignaro passa di lì. La pizza purtroppo sembrava surgelata, pomodoro acido e il condimento non sempre corrispondeva alla descrizione della pizza. Meglio invece gli antipasti ed i piatti di pasta che abbiamo visto passare ai tavoli vicini. Di positivo c’è che abbiamo speso poco quindi va bene così però non penso sia uno di quei posti in cui valga tornare una seconda volta. Comunque si può migliorare quindi in bocca al lupo al vecchio mulino!

17/06/2025: We had such a great dinner here! We were craving a taste of home and found this place and we’re so happy we did. We got a burger and pulled pork sandwich and both were great. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and we had a great time! We highly recommend this place!
16/06/2025: Behind Ca' Pesaro, in a thicket of streets and alleys, the Rossini cinema emerges, and its neighbor in toponymy, the Rossini pub... staff very present and friendly, without falling into the too obsequious. I drank a good Ipa and ate a good club sandwich. Youthful and well-furnished atmosphere. Excellent idea to accompany everything with a duet of artists who played and sang a great repertoire. Prices are normal, if not good for being in Venice.

20/05/2025: First we called to make a reservation, but the woman on the phone hung up twice after hearing me speak in English. We were very persistent and went without reservation anyway. And good thing we did - the waiter was very polite and friendly (and spoke English), and the meat was really tender and perfectly prepared.

06/06/2025: The grilled calamari was perfectly cooked. Tender, yet some chewiness. Seasoned just salty enough. Olive oil did not take away the freshness of the squid. My only complaint was 2 was not enough when they were this good. I also have grilled veggies that are prepared exquisitely. The veggies had a grilled aroma, and cut to similar sizes and mixed with herbs and olive oil. My wife and friend had pastas of clams sauce and Bolognese sauce. They both raved about their sauce and the al dente noodles. The wines were excellent and the bread was crusty and soft. Excellent meal!
The wait staff were very attentive, yet not intrusive.

01/06/2025: This is a real Florentine restaurant. It was one of the few places the guide showed me, and the atmosphere, taste, and service were all great. My wife and I enjoyed the ragu pasta, vongole pasta, and even tiramisu for dessert :) Another good thing was that the pasta here wasn't as salty as other places.

12/06/2025: I always go there willingly.. Very kind, nice place, good quality, and also abundant quantity.. Good wine branded Il Mulo that you drink it drinks and it goes with the meal. It ends with vin santo and different types of cantuccini.. Oh very good house bitter. Fixed menu Everything at €25.

08/06/2025: Questo non è un ristorante è un'esperienza da fare almeno una volta nella vita. L'attenzione che hanno per il cliente e per le richieste che potrebbe fare vanno sono superiori alla media.
Parlando dell'arredamento e per la cura dei dettagli, come la forma dei piatti, delle posate, dei tavoli e un qualcosa di superlativo. Passando alle pietanze che vengono servite hanno un qualcosa in comune l'equilibrio dei sapori e che idee dello chef, una delle quali da un messaggio di maggior cura e rispetto dei mari dentro una bottiglia con appunto un bigliettino con stampato sopra RESPECT ME. Da evidenziare anche gli gnocchi di pane, gli spaghetti spezzati, il burro e i dolci finali tra i quali ALBA con cioccolato bianco e un biscotto alla base.
25/05/2025: Bellissimo ristorante al centro di un borgo che, ahimè, non conoscevo prima di esserci stato ma che ha una spettacolare vista sul mare. Staff gentilissimo e portate davvero ottime (degne della Stella Michelin e della Stella Verde) che vengono raccontate con garbo, gentilezza e precisione. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Assolutamente consigliato!

02/06/2025: Highly sought-after ingredients, top service, very well-kept place. The only flaw is the very limited quantities. In the face of excellent quality, the quantity of such ingredients is lacking when compared to the final bill.
31/05/2025: Lived up to the recommendations! The food is soo fresh and creative, I enjoyed all of it! I booked this a two weeks in advance and could only get a lunch time so book early! I had the beetroot ravioli - it was perfect summer lunch dish. It was fresh with the poppy seeds and light. I also got the hummus with local vegetables, also good, I was surprised the vegetables were still hot but good nonetheless

30/04/2025: Terrible place to eat, hot food, very salty beef stew,
packaged polenta cut into slices and heated a lot, I had to wait a long time for it to cool down, inedible, French fries in a bag from the market, quality 0, then I asked for a medium rare steak, and it was rare!
The waitress never came to our table to ask if everything was okay, terrible service, not even half a smile, sour, help... never again!!!!
05/04/2025: A good spaghetti with sea urchins and a good spaghetti with bottarga and clams served at 3pm. Nice and professional waitress. Some of the staff sitting at the table spoke in a slightly loud voice with a few too many swear words. Not too gallant with a few sissies at the tables.

30/05/2025: Ormai Benvenuti al Sud è diventato il mio posto preferito quando sono in zona.
Ho prenotato telefonando a loro un’oretta prima del mio arrivo e il tavolino era stato a me riservato con tanto di cartellino personalizzato.
Locale ben tenuto con personale affabile e gentile.
Ho cenato molto bene, l’antipasto di zeppole bicolore con stracciatella e prosciutto crudo veramente buono!
Un secondo di tonno con contorno di verdure grigliate e un buon bicchiere hanno completato la serata.
La pizza, tipo napoletana, che non ho preso ieri ma avevo preso una altra volta è buonissima.
Sicuramente un locale da provare… e riprovare!
27/05/2025: Ero già stata in passato in questo locale con una mia amica celiaca in quanto propone vari piatti gluten free.
Le altre volte ho sempre mangiato primi piatti (molto buoni), mentre questa volta ho optato per l'hamburger.
È stata un'ottima scelta in quanto ho assaggiato uno degli hamburger più buoni della mia vita: pane particolare e squisito, carne di qualità e due tocchi di genio che rendono questo panino davvero diverso: il lardo di patanegra e la maionese di peperoni cruschi... Mi hanno davvero deliziata!!
Il tutto accompagnato da chips di patate artigianali!
Anche la amica è rimasta molto contenta della pizza gluten free.
Staff gentile, prezzi onesti.
Torneremo sicuramente.
