08/12/2025: We ate wonderfully refined organic cuisine with local products. The appetizers were wonderful, especially the tart made by Barbara, the wife of Antonio, the delightful owner.

21/09/2025: We stopped for lunch at this beachfront establishment, and while the woman serving us was very kind, I can't praise the food we ordered. The pasta was made with a fish sauce that was clearly frozen (with perfect rectangles of calamari), despite her assurances that it was fresh. When I pointed this out to my colleague, she was annoyed and said she wasn't in a restaurant. The fried food was also clearly frozen and not very crispy. Catering doesn't necessarily mean owning a restaurant!
31/08/2025: I love this little place. The staff is really friendly. Even at the end of the season, they still have a smile for everyone. The spaghetti with clams tasted like seafood. Kudos to the really friendly staff.
The beer by the glass is excellent.

02/12/2025: I went here for dinner with my girlfriend on the recommendation of a friend. We chose the short tasting menu and had a great time. Everything was delicious and tasty, with some traditional Piedmontese dishes (like the Fassona beef tartare) revisited with an innovative touch that I really appreciated, as well as very interesting dishes like their tortelloni.
I think the menu varies based on the chef's products, and he even came to our table at the end of the meal to check if everything was to our liking (his gesture was greatly appreciated).
I highly recommend this place.

30/11/2025: So...let's get started. Quality: to date, it's the BEST I've found considering the quality/price ratio. The atmosphere is super welcoming, with attention to detail and clean. Then, regarding the service, it's rare to find such kindness, competence, humanity, and even a good dose of humor (which never hurts). The quality of the ingredients: fabulous. The dishes were truly "paintings" (see photo). I felt right at home. I've written countless reviews, but rarely have I been so happy to share how delicious my wife and I found lunch today. Last but not least, the family harmony that is evident, which adds that magical touch that makes everyone feel at ease. I'll do my best to return.

22/12/2025: My husband and I stumbled upon this delightful place for lunch, somewhat by chance. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is prompt and friendly. The food is delicious, traditional Tuscan. Above all, we appreciated the excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
18/12/2025: Had the most amazing experience at Nedo's. Greatly recommend and the tiramisu is to die for. Big thanks to the amazing owner Lorenzo and the fantastic waitress Irene, who made our dining experience an unforgettable one. 10/10.

11/11/2025: We went to this amazing restaurant for a Graduation celebration with about 30 people. The food was outstanding. Everything was homemade and fresh. The tartar was one of the best I have ever had. The gnocchi two styles was also fantastic. The beef we had was so tender that you could cut it with a fork. I highly recommend this restaurant.

02/11/2025: Simply the #1 in Bari for the quality and variety of the raw materials offered (fish and more),
it has now become a staple of my cultural and gastronomic visits to this city, as I am from Turin.
The dining room staff is simply extraordinary, yet never invasive, with preparation and customer service. Not to mention the Chef, (in my "humble" opinion) an artistic genius.
