01/05/2025: We ate an excellent first course, delicious homemade pappardelle with "locio" sauce, not to mention the Florentine: top Also very good side dishes and the particularity of the star pan tiramisu. The girl who served us at the table was very efficient and really nice. Nice family dinner. Highly recommended.

20/04/2025: Everything is mediocre and, for an Easter lunch, from 12.45pm to 4pm is excessive. The gentleman in the audience, I presume the owner, never smiles. Personal frustrations are left at home if you work in the public sector. Very negative thing, not accessible for people with motor disabilities, a negative thing not mentioned during the telephone booking phase.

10/06/2025: The focaccia is incredibly tasty – golden, soft, and full of rich, fresh flavor. You can taste the passion in every bite. The owner was kind, welcoming, and clearly puts his heart into what he does. He took the time to talk, share some great local tips, and made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. You must visit if you're in Polignano!

08/06/2025: I recently had the pleasure of dining at a delightful focaccia restaurant, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! The focaccia was simply divine—perfectly baked with a crispy crust and a soft, fluffy interior. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the variety of toppings available was impressive. What truly stood out, however, was the warm and friendly service. The staff were attentive and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They were eager to offer recommendations and ensured that every aspect of my meal was enjoyable. Overall, this restaurant is a gem for anyone craving delicious focaccia and a pleasant dining experience. I can’t wait to return and try more of their offerings!

10/05/2025: We had dinner as a family. The grill is located on the mountainside and enjoys a truly suggestive view of the valley. The cuisine clearly offers meat-based dishes with different interesting cuts. The service, on the evening we had dinner, was in my opinion rather slow overall. From taking the orders, to bringing the drinks and cover, and finally bringing the dishes. From the moment we sat down (with a reservation) to the arrival of the NS rare rib, about 2 hours passed. We weren't in much of a hurry, but we were hungry. However, the long-awaited food made amends, excellent meat and excellently prepared. For gluten-free, there is also attention to detail while not guaranteeing contamination.

26/04/2025: By chance we ended up in this little restaurant and I must say that we were very happy. We took the cjarsons, frico and polenta, wine and a strudel to complete and it was all worth 10. Not to mention the beauty of the restaurant, all made of wood, decorated with attention to the smallest details and with large windows that open onto the stupendous panorama. Finally, a note for the staff, who were friendly and helpful. We will return and highly recommend.

14/04/2025: We opted for the surprise menu (€70 p.p). Super nice staff. We were also very well advised on the wine selection. Let's come to the food: it was super varied. There was pasta, risotto (best risotto of my life), pork belly, fish, tiramisu: everything was super delicious and I can only warmly recommend a visit. Thank you for this great evening!

10/05/2025: Passing through Gabicce, we noticed the place from the street and stopped for dinner. Everything is delicious, starting from the mussels marinara as a starter, tagliolini as a first course, the slice of swordfish and the tender chocolate sauce. Enjoy the dishes, the raw materials are of high quality and can be felt. Honest prices.
