12/02/2025: Very nice atmosphere in a very old building in the middle of Italian wines. It has a considerable size menu with some variations on local tastes. We loved the food.

10/01/2025: Absolutamente el mejor restaurante en Bormio! El anfitrión era tan paciente y amable y acogedor, una mujer tan encantadora, probablemente el propietario! La comida era muy buena! El sarro con trufa negra, raviolis, tortellini con burrata e incluso solo la ensalada! Toda la comida y el vino era genial, el servicio era como el mejor y ambiente general! Recomiendo como restaurante de visita obligada en Bormio! ¡En realidad estamos regresando el sábado para disfrutar de nuestra última cena de los 5 días de vacaciones en Bormio! ¡Debo reservar con antelación!

12/01/2025: Non è la prima volta che mangiamo in questo locale e ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Questa volta abbiamo voluto passarci il 31 in compagnia di amici e devo dire che il menu ci ha piacevolmente stupito perché non era "il solito" che ci aspettavamo. Antipasto gustoso e non pesante, primi diversi e delicati, carne con una salsa particolare e il dolce gradito a tutti. Atmosfera accogliente. Ci siamo tornati anche a pranzo e delle pallotte "cac e ove' come quelle che fanno lì non si trovano da nessuna parte!

La Griglia dell’Orso è molto più di una semplice braceria: è un luogo dove il gusto e la qualità si incontrano in un ambiente accogliente e familiare. Dal momento in cui siamo entrati, siamo stati accolti con un sorriso caloroso e un servizio impeccabile. La carne è davvero la protagonista qui: ogni taglio è cucinato alla perfezione, succoso e pieno di sapore. Abbiamo provato la fiorentina, tenerissima e cotta esattamente come richiesto, e le costine, che si scioglievano in bocca. Anche i contorni erano deliziosi: le verdure grigliate e le patate al forno sono stati un complemento perfetto. La carta dei vini è ben selezionata, con ottime etichette che si abbinano perfettamente ai piatti. Per concludere, i dolci fatti in casa erano una vera coccola: il tiramisù era da sogno! Il locale è curato nei minimi dettagli, con un’atmosfera rustica e calorosa che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per l’attenzione e la passione che si percepisce in ogni aspetto del servizio. Se amate la carne e cercate un ristorante dove la qualità sia al primo posto, La Griglia dell’Orso è una tappa obbligata. Torneremo sicuramente presto!

04/01/2025: Welcoming place, shame about a mix-up on the reservation that we hadn't marked, but after a while they resolved it. Excellent quality products and the service is very attentive and fast. The sore point is that if you are very thirsty be careful because water costs 5 Euros per litre🤦 .

27/01/2025: We stopped for a couple of draft beers and a mixed cold cuts and cheese platter. All very good, higher quality cutting board than many others around, also well presented. Warm, welcoming and tastefully furnished environment. A nice discovery in a neighborhood that often has an overly touristy gastronomic offer. We'll be back!

06/01/2025: Al Merlo la qualità della materia prima è eccezionale, gentilissimo lo staff, locale bello anche in inverno circondato dalla curatissima vegetazione e sullo sfondo il mare. Del cibo, che dire! Catalana da urlo, l’uovo fritto strepitoso, per non parlare del crudo come antipasto, sparnocchi al top… e poi gli spaghetti al meglio del tirreno, paccheri al sugo di cernia. E i dolci? Solo il millefoglie vale il viaggio. È senza dubbio al pari delle migliori pasticcerie di Parigi. Lo chef Angelo è bravissimo anche con i piatti di carne e cacciagione.

01/01/2025: On the seafront we came across this delightful restaurant, with internal spaces and along the pedestrian street. Convivial environment, good quality of food, quick service. There were some details for which I didn't give the fifth star, unfortunately they need to improve the service, I noticed some inelegant gestures that could be improved. Maybe it was the rush... overall highly recommended. Reservation is recommended

28/01/2025: We had a beautiful lunch here. The food was cooked to perfection and the quality of the steak was superb. The service was immaculate, we ended up chatting with our waiter for a long time after our meal. We could not find one fault with our dining experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially people looking for a high end dining experience.
