29/07/2025: An intimate spot for dinner with friends. Luckily, it wasn't crowded, but it was a weekday. Very welcoming and friendly, they greeted us warmly and offered advice on the menu. The risotto with tomino cheese and saffron is definitely worth it, and I highly recommend it: I'd go back for that alone!
29/07/2025: Excellent experience, stumbled upon it by chance for dinner.
I had the saffron risotto with kidneys in port wine; it was very good and expertly cooked.
The surprise, but you can taste it while eating, was the use of Carnaroli rice, a rare ingredient in modern cuisine, where rice should never be too thick.
Congratulations, I highly recommend it, and I'll be back to try the rest of the menu.

24/08/2025: We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. They didn't serve pizza, but they offered us a pasta dish with Trapani-style pesto and fried eggplant. Everything was delicious, generous portions, the hostess was very kind, and the prices were reasonable. What more could you ask for?

28/08/2025: Piedmontese cuisine in a refined and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent ingredients, excellent wine, and attentive service. I recommend the Fassona tartare and the tajarin with truffles. Highly recommended!
24/08/2025: Refined atmosphere, excellent service, with Giorgia as the queen of the dining room. Excellent food, an excellent tasting menu, a wine list with a wide selection of local wines, and a wide selection of desserts, with the bunet standing out.
More than fair price.

If you want to eat typical Sicilian food, this is the ideal place.
From the appetizer to the first and second courses, everything was perfect.
20/07/2025: We booked a table for 10, one of whom was celiac. The staff was notified at the time of booking and reassured us of the gluten-free options they would offer. They gave us a private room, and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable about gluten-free options. I recommend it.

We had such a great time that we decided to return for lunch. The homemade pasta (by Lina, we later learned) was wonderful...
I didn't miss the homemade pasta my mother and grandmother made.

22/08/2025: A very pleasant surprise. In the village of Caprarola, I had the opportunity to visit Casa del Gusto two nights in a row. Both nights, everything was perfect. Generous portions. Attentive and smiling staff (which never hurts). The owner was helpful and generous with recommendations for staying in the area.
The adjacent shop is also well stocked.

03/09/2025: Quite okay with preschoolers, but otherwise rather semi-informative. That was probably because there weren't any guided tours that day. After an hour, you'd see everything. It was too expensive for me.
27/08/2025: Beautiful park, a wonderful discovery!
We went there with our girls (6 and 9 years old) and loved it. Lots of interesting workshops for adults and children, animals to see, and a truly excellent guide.
For children who have already attended third grade, it's also a great history refresher.
The park is well-organized: a small playground, plenty of picnic areas, a café, spotless bathrooms, a pond, and even a stream.
An experience worth repeating!

The owner is attentive and knowledgeable.
The food is very good and traditional.
Dining outside on a quiet street in the city is also nice, making it all the more charming.
I recommend booking.
02/09/2025: The appetizers were excellent, with a platter of cured meats and cheeses; perhaps a little more wouldn't hurt. We then ordered five first courses (two grice, one ravioli, one tagliatella, and one campofilone), each with a bold, authentic flavor and generous portions. Finally, we had two profiteroles and one tiramisu, where you could taste the homemade cream. The prices were fair. I recommend it.
