I've been at Hotel Giada for three days now and will be staying for a few more. The hotel is incredibly welcoming, the breakfast excellent, the staff incredibly kind, and the rooms clean and fully equipped. The restaurant is highly recommended; the food is delicious and of excellent quality.
A special thanks to Giorgio: he looked after me for two evenings and made me feel like a king, with great professionalism and a touch of typical Neapolitan warmth. He really is a cut above the rest and gave me great advice on dinners. Highly recommended, especially the crab and shellfish au gratin!

It's not easy to surprise when you think you've already seen (and eaten) so much. Here, however, it happens.
You immediately sense that this isn't just cooking, but research. From the appetizer—a selection of carefully crafted tartares, where each pairing has a precise meaning and isn't just there for show—to the first course, rich, enveloping, with ingredients that speak for themselves.
The seafood pasta is one of those dishes that unmasks restaurants: either it's banal... or it's memorable. Here, it's memorable. Perfectly cooked, clean flavors, true balance. No excess, no shortcuts.
The finish doesn't disappoint; on the contrary: the dessert is thoughtful, not filler. Beautiful to look at, but above all, consistent with the experience.
The service is attentive but never intrusive, and the ambiance is refined without being cold. And this is not a trivial detail: it exudes attention, not approximation.
