08/11/2024: In uno dei classici caruggi di Pietra Ligure si trova questo ristorante con classico arredamento marinaro. Veniamo accolti con gentilezza dalla proprietaria, il servizio risulta non propriamente perfetto. Ottima la degustazione di antipasti, gli altri piatti nella norma. Prezzo un pò oltre la media. Abbiamo scoperto un ottimo amaro locale il Basanotto a base di basilico, salvia e chinotto.

23/10/2024: Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce petit restaurant et quelle chance nous avons eu! Chaque plat étaient délicieux et typiques de la région. Les présentations sont belles, le service rapide et les quantités parfaites! N’hésitez pas à leur demander conseil pour l’accord mets-vins. Le temps a passé si vite, un magnifique moment de dolce vita! Encore un mot pour tout le personnel: votre accueil a été merveilleux avec mon petit garçon de 4ans et mes parents, merci pour ce beau moment!

Location piccola ma accogliente e ben curata; cibo superlativo preparato sul momento con materie prime di cui si percepisce l’ottima qualità. La cucina è a vista quindi si può ammirare la chef nella preparazione delle portate. Prezzo giusto. La titolare, nonché cuoca, è una persona davvero deliziosa. Complimenti!

30/12/2024: A place where tasting menus reign supreme. Very high quality, excellent appetizers with local products, refined first courses, top-quality second courses. Even if the location is a bit lost in the Po Valley lands, the place is a must in the area, but also outside the area, up to the neighboring regions.

15/01/2025: At Borgo 50 I celebrated my 50th birthday and it was a success. Room reserved for us, pleasant dinner with a break for dancing, immersed in an intimate and elegant atmosphere. Quality food from aperitif to desserts, good wine, attentive and courteous staff, very kind, professional and helpful owners. I recommend it!

14/01/2025: We celebrated my sister's eighteenth birthday here, and we are completely satisfied! Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the location to the delicious and high quality food. Particular attention was also paid to one of our lactose intolerant guests, who really appreciated it! A special mention goes to Erasmo and his collaborators who, with enormous availability, did everything to satisfy our requests. Highly recommended!

21/02/2025: Excellent food, exquisite, daily specials always present and delicious. But the most important thing is that as a side dish there is the hospitality, the cordiality, the friendliness and professionalism of the owner Gianmarco and all his staff, starting from the chef to all the waiting staff. I thank all the Pico Centrale that for a month has very often hosted me and my colleagues, feeling at home is priceless.

Il servizio ottimo, ci hanno consigliato le loro pietanze e come gestire il menù. Pietanze ottime, prezzo giusto. Lo consiglio.

28/01/2025: Good dinner in this trattoria with mountain warmth. Excellent value for money, especially on the dessert menu. We had little luck on the fried cod, since it was completely cold in the center, which made us assume it was frozen. Furthermore, there was little attention from the waiter who served us. Overall I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Punta di diamante la presenza di ludovica in sala e dello chef riccardo che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere . Inutile sottolineare l’estrema raffinatezza e bonta’ del menu’ germoglio che abbiamo scelto di assaggiare. Quello che rimane nel cuore e’ sicuramente la percezione del loro concetto di cucina , l’attenzione per le materie prime e la sensazione per una sera di far parte della loro famiglia stellata!

Welcoming and discreet environment, chef Recanati is a master of culinary art, but above all empathetic and professional, you can see him among the tables talking about his passion and the strong load of responsibility of a 3 generation restaurant which he has certainly overturned, bringing it to a very high level.
