I prodotti utilizzati sono ottimi, di produzione locale, genuini e cucinati in modo da esaltare i sapori.
La signora Francesca è gentilissima e il figlio Gianpaolo ci ha affascinati con i suoi racconti da cui traspariva un grande amore per la sua terra e per il suo lavoro.
Il locale è in mezzo al verde e molto pulito.
Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Culinary gem!
This was by far the best meal in all of Italy that we were able to enjoy on our previous trips to Italy.
And yes, we enjoyed it incredibly!
First of all, the ambience is incredibly rustic, charming and authentic. A real Italian farm.
Both the waiter and the cook, a family business, were incredibly friendly, courteous and caring and it was actually no problem at all to communicate with us even though we didn't speak a common language. It still worked wonderfully and was even funny and entertaining.
But what overshadowed everything was the food! What a dream!
There is a multi-course menu with starters, main courses and dessert
We didn't know what to expect because of the communication problems, but we were totally happy because we were surprised with incredibly good dishes, each one tastier than the next. And everything was very simple, no fancy ingredients, just plain pickled vegetables, ham and sensational pasta.
What could be communicated in advance; The nice waiter asked us whether we were vegetarian or vegan, which is what the menu is based on. Absolutely great too!
We normally eat meat and enjoy it, but the biggest highlight for us was, incredibly, the pickled vegetables. Totally crazy, but these vegetables are amazing! Really believe me.
I would come back again and again just for that.
This chef is a master at her craft. We were and still are blown away by your food and you as a team.
Last but not least, you also have to mention the price-performance ratio as incredibly fair and good.
Thank you for this wonderful and incredibly delicious experience! If we go to Sardinia again, we will come to you too.
Ps: thank you very much for the extra thing that you gave us a pack of cigarettes. You are the best!

If you're a tourist and want to experience real Sardinian cuisine, you've come to the right place. The owners are very friendly, child-friendly and accommodating. Great view from the terrace of the beautiful mountain landscape! Great price and highly recommended off the beaten track.

Something hidden in the mountains - you don't really know whether it's an abandoned farm or a car graveyard. Only the guests sitting and eating on the terrace make one think of a restaurant. A gray-haired lady does the service. There is no menu, typical Sardinian menu or pizza, white or red wine by the carafe. Several courses are served one after the other. Simple, no-frills cuisine. Pickled vegetables, a very tasty goat cheese and bread. Then gnocchi with cheese and tomato sauce and two more courses. With two Mirto, espresso and 0.5l wine and a meringue dessert we paid €25 per person.
For me it was simple, honest cuisine, not (not even expected) star gastronomy. The whole atmosphere, donkeys and cats etc. was a total experience.

È un cibo per cui consiglierei un viaggio di ore pur di farne esperienza. Il gestore, Gianpaolo, definisce la loro cucina chiamandola "Esistenziale"; io trovo il termine azzeccatissimo. Sintetizza al meglio la loro filosofia ed impegno, che regala a chi ha la fortuna di essere loro ospite, i sapori che si possono ottenere solo dal vivere in un territorio trattato nel pieno rispetto e protezione dell'esistenza di tutto ciò che ne fa parte.
