07/01/2025: Per concludere in bellezza le festività natalizie ‘24/’25 con una famiglia di amici carissimi, mio figlio, studente fuori sede, prenota, con moltissimo anticipo, il pranzo dell’Epifania in questo ristorantino nel centro storico di Crispiano. L’esperienza è stata davvero straordinaria: fin dall’accoglienza abbiamo notato la grande professionalità del proprietario che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa; il servizio inappuntabile (finalmente non abbiamo avuto necessità di chiedere ai camerieri, perché qualunque esigenza veniva soddisfatta prima ancora che si presentasse), il pranzo… una gustosissima passeggiata tra il sapere e i sapori del nostro territorio; il sapere di chi non improvvisa, ma studia, sperimenta e va in scena presentandoti con fierezza e competenza la sua opera che incanta la vista, poi il gusto, lasciandoti lieto il tempo per la convivialità. I sapori… quelli del nostro territorio, la Puglia, rivisitati, non snaturati; esaltati dall’esperienza di chi conosce le peculiarità di ogni ingrediente e sa come integrarlo per renderlo indimenticabile. Questo posto è una perla da scoprire, un luogo dove incontrare la passione per la cucina e per l’ospitalità, dove lasciarsi accompagnare in territori inesplorati di bontà. Grazie chef!

05/01/2025: Incuriosita dalle OTTIME RECENSIONI, mi sono recata con mio marito a cena ieri sera. Possiamo solo CONFERMARE quanto scritto da altri. Tutto spettacolare... dall'accoglienza dello chef- titolare Sig.Simone, la gentilezza e precisione dei due collaboratori, la squisitezza delle portate presentate con accuratezza e mai in modo banale. Per concludere posso solo affermare che se si vuol fare bella figura con un ospite, questo è sicuramente il posto giusto.

19/01/2025: Remarkable six-course tasting menu! The dishes are aesthetically pleasing and careful in combining unusual but balanced flavours. Kind and professional service especially in the wine advice. Very wide choice of cellar. Considering the cost of the menu and bottles, cover charge and water could be included, although they compensate with appetizers, initial rosé and sweets offered on the house.

Fin dal momento del check-in, il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, accogliendoci con un sorriso e rispondendo a ogni nostra richiesta con professionalità. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto, offrendo tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. La colazione, servita ogni mattina, è stata un'esperienza straordinaria, con una vasta selezione di prodotti freschi e di alta qualità che accontentano tutti i gusti. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è ideale, situato a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, ma abbastanza tranquillo da garantire un sonno riposante. L'attenzione ai dettagli e la cura per il cliente sono stati il vero valore aggiunto di questo soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza di qualità e un'ospitalità impeccabile. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

11/08/2024: I stayed with my family in this hotel for 5 days. I underline the availability and kindness of the director and staff. The swimming pool is very nice and clean. Breakfast also varies. The location of the hotel is unique because in a short time you can reach all the places you want to visit. The stay was certainly positive 👍👍

25/01/2025: I can only define HIRSCH STUBE as one of the best trattorias we have experienced. Good refined food, excellent selection of products, clean and well looked after; a small place but very welcoming from the managers, 2 young guys who have invested their love for catering with passion obtaining excellent results. We will certainly be back and highly recommend it.

09/01/2025: Not far from Palazzo Vecchio is the true place of Florentine flavors and tastes, here you can taste the typical focaccia with finocchiona inside or other Tuscan delicacies. Lower prices compared to other competitors in the area. The only flaw for my palate was slices of raw ham cut too thick, the rest was all top notch.

Tried it out of curiosity and believe me they are all very true and deserved, very welcoming environment and super friendly staff, the pizzas? They are truly special! Three types of dough, all exceptional and visibly high-quality raw materials! We will definitely return and definitely recommend it. Well done!

31/12/2024: We got a lot of different first and second meals. The swordfish is amazing, both pasta have a great combination and the 3 spiced meat is really well made. The service was personal and helped us with everything we needed. The beer and vine selection is premium and the recommendations were very good. Interior and music is well picked and makes an amazing atmosphere. We were a family of 9 with a 1 year old and had no problems.

03/01/2025: A surprise. Originally from Naples, but out of the city for some time, we dedicate a few days of Christmas celebrations to the places of our heart. The convent of Cuma becomes part of it, for quality, courtesy and education, qualities that cannot be taken for granted. We will return, to eat the Genoese and more.
