The best panini I've ever eaten. All freshly made with local touches. But you need patience, because of the queue in front of the shop it takes a while before you can enjoy them ;-)

We popped in for a couple of panini and the owner asked where we were from. He told us he’s from Calabria and has lots of Calabrian products in the store. He let us try a few Calabrian specialties and they were all delicious! Amazing food and lovely service :)

Excellent 👍 typical Tuscan sandwich 🌭! We found it by chance while wandering around downtown Volterra 😜 Stop by and try this culinary experience‼️ Very friendly staff, small place for takeout ☺️☺️😎

It's a shame there's no seating to eat at. When we came to eat, it was windy and we didn't know where to sit. However, the sandwiches are really good, especially the honey and the various sauces to put on top.

04/06/2026: Best food experience I had for real Tuscany food and wine. Highly reccomended to eat and have a walk in the surroundings small town. The best Tuscany vibes and relaxation you can find around You can also sleep at the Le Volte ! Lots of great destinations within reach ( Bolgheri , Pisa and so on…)
