I went there today, June 2nd. It was my first time dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and I have to say I was delighted with the service from the waiter and waitresses, who were truly kind and unobtrusive. Thanks also to Andrea, who gave my boyfriend an extraordinary experience with the wines, featuring wines you can't find anywhere else but his. We chose the seasonal tasting menu, and what can I say? It was truly excellent. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

My partner and I treated ourselves to this gift to celebrate our anniversary... a perfect choice. The location is very elegant and modern, allowing for just the right amount of intimacy at the table. The service is impeccable, with friendly, knowledgeable staff who, time permitting, engage in pleasant conversation between courses. The atmosphere inside is very refined and professional, yet also leaves room for a lighthearted and relaxed atmosphere that makes guests feel very welcome and at ease. We chose a contemporary tasting menu, with strong, savory flavors alternating with very delicate, sweet touches. Everything was perfectly managed, with recommended sequences that allow you to fully and distinctly savor all the flavors without overpowering them. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and some dishes, in my opinion, are very innovative, with flavors that also strongly recall tradition. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended; we will definitely be back.

Young and truly talented people. The atmosphere is refined yet very relaxing. The food is top-notch, personally aiming for a second star, with remarkable attention to detail, blending tradition and innovation, all rooted in the local area. Excellent!

I went for lunch on Saturday with a couple of friends; the restaurant was elegant but not intimidating, and the service was attentive without being pushy. We were able to vary the dishes on our menu, allowing us to tailor it to our needs. We ate very well (the tartare, risotto with wood pigeon ragù, and lamb were truly exquisite). Special mention goes to Andrea, the sommelier, both for the wines he offered and his passion for presenting them, and for quickly resolving a mix-up with the vouchers we had used for lunch. Truly SUPERB!

It was our first experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and we were truly satisfied. The dishes were exceptional, each one better than the last, the suggested wine pairings were perfect (we relied on the sommelier's advice), and the half-glasses allowed us to sample several without overdoing the quantity. Clearly, this level of cuisine and service comes at a price (we paid around €150 per person), but for a special occasion, I highly recommend it.
