We were welcomed with professionalism, friendliness, and the utmost helpfulness by all the staff in a refined and characteristic location. 07/03/2026: Ristorante Giovanni is one of those places in Turin that you never forget. You go there for good food, of course, but you return for something more: genuine care, attention to the raw ingredients, and cuisine that has personality without sacrificing restraint. The fried foods are simply extraordinary: light, perfect, never heavy. Mushrooms, artichokes, asparagus: in every season, they find a way to make themselves memorable. For me, they truly are the best. The service is always impeccable, discreet, never intrusive. And the atmosphere has a rare quality: it's quiet, discreet, and welcoming. Not noisy, not garish. A place where you eat well and still enjoy conversation, almost feeling at home. For me, it's become a favorite restaurant. And anyone passing through Turin should try it at least once. Then, they'll easily return.

The wine list is extensive and refined, perfect for pairing with the cuisine that is the true star of the evening: a splendid fusion of Piedmontese and Sicilian traditions. The dishes are surprising, meticulously crafted, and the portions are generous, a rare find in restaurants of this caliber. 16/01/2026: What a wonderful discovery! A truly unique place. Where the customer is the center of attention, pampered and guided to discover the flavors Molise offers through its exceptional products. As soon as you enter, you sense this welcoming and dedicated atmosphere. There are just a few tables, precisely to ensure every detail is taken care of. The aperitif was truly a treat we hadn't expected. My son was thrilled. "The secret cave," as he described the area where it's served. The first courses were each better than the last, the meat was uniquely delicious. Not to mention the desserts; the tart with ice cream was a delight for the palate. The complimentary tasting of local bitters, accompanied by delicious shortbread biscuits, was a truly delicious gift. I recommend visiting this osteria at least once for lunch or dinner; you'll be amazed.

08/01/2026: The atmosphere was refined and the staff were very helpful and professional, ready to answer any of our questions. We ordered a terrine of liver with vin santo (a dish prepared exclusively for this Christmas season), which was superb. Afterwards, we continued with pasta with pecorino and truffle, and pappardelle with wild boar, both mouth-watering. All washed down with an excellent bottle of Chianti Classico. The price was reasonable for the quality and the location. Highly recommended.
