09/11/2025: Thank you again to this restaurant for their delicious food and excellent service. We arrived late without a reservation and still managed to get a table on the terrace to enjoy the last rays of sunshine. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The portions were very generous, with complimentary amuse-bouches for the starter and canelés for dessert. The canelés were particularly good. The waitress also spoke excellent French. I highly recommend it!! 🥳

27/11/2025: This sandwich place is incredibly affordable and delicious. During my expensive trip to Italy, I found this place to be as good value as Neapolitan pizza, and it was incredibly delicious. The names of the dishes might have been a bit predictable, but I loved the Batistutti.

23/11/2025: The two of us visited Ristorante Forma in Civitavecchia shortly before boarding, and we can say without hesitation that it was the best dining experience in the city after years of visiting and trying! The restaurant truly deserves all its accolades and stars: you can sense the passion, care, and love for cooking in every dish. For us, one of the most important aspects of a quality restaurant is the selection of baked goods, and theirs is truly thoughtful, carefully curated, and excellent: a true calling card that speaks volumes about the cuisine that follows. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere welcoming, and the quality of the ingredients truly superior. Every course pleasantly surprised us, from the presentation to the flavor. Compliments to the entire staff: it's clear they do what they do with dedication. Thank you again for making our last dinner before departure special!

13/11/2025: We went to this restaurant to celebrate our third anniversary together. The setting is very elegant and perfect for celebrating an anniversary or a special occasion. In my opinion, there isn't a restaurant in Civitavecchia that can compete with this one. The food was top-notch, but I want to give special praise to the young waiter, who stood out for his professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness, making us feel like honored guests. The must-try dishes are the egg carbonara and the cannoli for dessert.

06/12/2025: We had dinner at Ostu Bistrot, where I found a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The cuisine was exceptional, with attention to detail. Sol, besides being a fantastic chef, is a lovely person. The manager and wait staff were helpful and professional. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

06/12/2025: A small place with a terrace for outdoor seating. Fabulous and creative sandwiches; we had the savory brioche with filling, which turned out excellent. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality. Luca and his team are very kind and eager to please. The menu is fun, with dishes paired with the different types of beer. We drank an excellent Brooklyn Pilsner, an American import that I was already familiar with. They also have craft beers from Filodilana.

31/10/2025: Dirty tablecloths and tons of flies. It's just some kind of cafeteria for locals; calling it a restaurant is a stretch. Prices are average, just like anywhere else. The octopus with potatoes was simply reheated, not cooked on the spot. Parking is free after 8:00 PM.

02/11/2025: The place is nice and quiet, and the decor is tasteful. The dishes we ordered were good, with one exception: the pizza dough, while tasty, was definitely not homemade. As a pizza lover, I know this same elongated shape with the same consistency is available commercially under the name PINSA. Furthermore, we didn't see the chef working the dough at all. However, the toppings were of good quality, let's be honest. In short, a nice place, admittedly, but a bit pricey.

The owners truly do this job with passion and love, and they pay attention to detail. From the welcome to the coffee, nothing is taken for granted. In fact, I highly recommend it, of course, to anyone who knows how to eat well!

02/12/2025: Authentic peasant cuisine in a beautiful stone restaurant in Putignano. The owners are incredibly kind and passionate about food and natural wines. The ingredients are excellent; their own stone-ground spelt pasta is incomparable in texture, flavor, and rusticity to the white, thick, and industrial pasta served in the vast majority of restaurants. The flavors are bold and strong, with some intoxicating combinations, such as fava beans, wild herbs, and donkey torcinelli, sublime. Finally, the desserts, freshly made by the chef, are natural and low in sugar, and could easily be included on the menu of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The price is even low, considering the quality of the ingredients and the owners' passion. See you next time 🍷❤️

21/10/2025: This was the first restaurant we've been to in Italy and it did not disappoint, we came with our baby and everyone was friendly and accommodating to us. The food was wonderful, and a lot of burst of flavours :)
