07/01/2025: Gastronomic restaurant in Alghero, a great experience, always positive surprises. Certainly more expensive than a classic restaurant, but so much more interesting!!! We had a earthy menu with paired wines (1 supplement - 5 glasses - for two it was enough for us). Great experience!!!

28/11/2024: After too many limoncello samples in the Via Fuoro I stumbled into Fresco and had so much fun with the staff. I ended up on the ‘wrong’ side of the counter and had a great end to my evening. Great ice cream and great people. You have to sample this after the limoncello. 👍

07/01/2025: Excellent overall. Very good appetizers. We tasted several. The cod is notable. The first courses are also very good. Exhaustive and well-made wine list. Desserts well presented but with little personality... tiramisu and hot cheesecake, my opinion. The only downside was the long wait immediately after ordering. In fact, to avoid this, we had ordered the starter of the day before the other two starters. The hunger and desire for good food were all there. But alas we were brought there about 40 minutes later. We enjoy the evening, the environment and the excellent company but then the wait becomes slightly too much. Excellent overall as written, but it would be excellent if their cuisine could reduce waiting times a little.

20/12/2024: Excellent local products accompanied by excellent wines, Marisa the perfect host. Place in the center ideal for a break, aperitif or complete meals. Shop with vacuum-packed products to take home as perfect souvenirs. I will definitely come back!

25/12/2024: Wir kommen jedes Jahr nach Montalcino und dann natürlich ins Locanda Demetra. Wir sind totale Fans. Wir haben jedesmal einen wunderschönen Abend mit unglaublich gutem Essen. Hier leben 3 junge Menschen ihren Traum und das merkt man in allem: dem Essen, der Freude Gäste zu bewirteten und natürlich das Ambiente. Es gibt nur an 3 Tagen in der Woche abends ein Menü, das nur geringfügig änderbar ist. Man muss sich sozusagen überraschen lassen - und das macht unglaublich Spaß. Hinzu kommt, dass nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von Gästen pro Abend dort bewirtet werden. Eine Reservierung ist unbedingt zu empfehlen! Jeder Gang wird genau erklärt: Herkunft des Fleisches, das Gemüse und die Kräuter wachsen im eigenen Garten. Die Auswahl an Weinen von Winzern vor Ort ist sehr groß. Rundum ein MUST.

21/11/2024: Characteristic inn located outside Montalcino. External veranda and tables outside. Wide open spaces for children. Limited places, reservations recommended. Excellent food, prepared with care and genuine products. Menu with wide choices. Excellent wine, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Recommended if you want to try something different from the usual restaurant.

14/12/2024: Top bar and owner... They make you feel at home... wonderful people... Aperitif accompanied by appetizers... But the strong point is that they make a better pinsa than all the pizzerias in Salerno. Thanks for everything.. Hello from Fabio

08/12/2024: Hidden in a small street just in the centre, I got Aperol Spritz with complimentary snacks (tapas) on the best price in Italy so far. The waiter speaks Spanish and English and was very attentive to each customer! ❤️

Nothing is missing, the relaxing location in the greenery with soft music in the background, the owners and staff truly special people who pamper you without ever being intrusive, Saverio's culinary delicacies and the delicious desserts of Mrs. Chiara (the mother), the friendliness and availability of Pinuccia and Paola, everything made our weekend magical. A heartfelt thank you to everyone.

Our waiter was not only incredibly polite but also a true professional in every sense of the word. He anticipated our needs with such grace, and his knowledge of the menu added a lovely personal touch to our dining experience. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of delicious food and impeccable service, but Ristorante Osteria IL Bibbio has certainly achieved it. Few tables, menu full of both fish and meat options, a dish that I recommend is the truly exceptional linguine with cuttlefish ink. Courtesy of the owners, price consistent with the proposal. 29/12/2024: On a Sunday when we were passing through, the desire to discover authentic and satisfying flavors led us to Rapolano Terme. Attracted by the reviews on guides and dedicated platforms, we chose to stop at "Osteria Il Granaio", in the small village which alone is worth a detour. We were welcomed in a warm and professional atmosphere, thanks to an impeccable staff who made us feel immediately at ease. The environment of the tavern is elegant and with attention to detail, with an aesthetic attention that anticipates the quality of the gastronomic experience. The lunch opened with two Chianina tartare which proved to be impeccable. The meat, of excellent quality, was expertly chopped with a knife and embellished with simple but decisive condiments: capers and a local extra virgin olive oil that deserves a special mention. We then continued with the first courses, a true tribute to the Tuscan tradition. The pici with Chianina ragù, with an intense and enveloping flavour, made the "scarpet" inevitable. Equally memorable are the tortelli filled with ricotta and spinach, served with a rich sauce of sausage, potatoes and cheese, a well-calibrated explosion of flavours. Even the desserts chapter did not disappoint: each proposal proved to be a perfect conclusion to the lunch, demonstrating that the attention to detail does not stop at the main courses. The wine list, well assorted and thoughtful, celebrates local products without giving up a selection of national and international labels. A heartfelt thank you to the friendly and always helpful staff, who helped make this experience even more pleasant. “Osteria Il Granaio” is a stop that we recommend without hesitation, and which will certainly see us as protagonists again in the future.
