09/12/2024: Per la prima volta siamo stati in questo meraviglioso locale per una cena in famiglia e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti! Partendo dall’ampio parcheggio antistante la struttura, ci si ritrova subito in un giardino ben curato che circonda il ristorante. Le luci soffuse che illuminano le pietre delle facciate creano una gradevole atmosfera. Entrando nel locale ci si ritrova in una grande sala elegante e raffinata, mentre una scala porta ad un’altra sala al piano superiore. La professionalità e la gentilezza del personale ci ha accompagnati durante tutta la cena. Abbiamo potuto gustare piatti estremamente curati e siamo rimasti catturati dai sapori di una cucina di altissima qualità. Ogni piatto, che ci è stato piacevolmente “raccontato” dal cordialissimo personale di sala, è stato un trionfo di delicati sapori! La Cantina dei vini è molto ben fornita ed anche i dolci sono a dir poco strepitosi…. insomma posso affermare che il Ristorante Sotto la Torre sia stata sicuramente una scelta eccellente per la nostra cena di famiglia!

19/01/2025: I had the fava bean with whole wheat pasta and shrimp, took some effort to finish. Thick and gooey. The blinking lights … headachy, saccharin faux-jazz Christmas carols on a very short repeat loop. My server was perfectly nice, although the owner perched nearby didn’t seem to care, and no one ever asked how it was until after I paid the bill. Definitely worth skipping this one.

01/01/2025: A restaurant that amazes. We came across this restaurant today January 1st 2025, by pure chance. From the outside it looked more like a cocktail bar than a restaurant, so we were a little perplexed. We really had to think again. We ate spaghetti with cheese and pepper and a really good second course of meat. Followed by exceptional desserts. Excellent service and a really nice owner, and you can see that he knows his job well, he's not an improviser. Super super recommended.

30/12/2024: Simply delicious slices of pizza! Many different types, our favorites were the pizza with spicy salami and the pizza with potato & guanciale. You can watch the pizzas being freshly baked. The service was also really friendly. There are a few seats inside, otherwise you can take the pizza with you.

In un contesto verde e tranquillo, location elegante e molto piacevole, siamo stati coccolati dalla proprietaria una persona molta appassionata del proprio lavoro. Piatti gourmet sorprendenti per la fantasia ma soprattutto per la qualità dei prodotti e la bontà. E la grande soddisfazione di poter trovare senza problemi un'ampia scelta senza glutine dall' antipasto al dolce per mia figlia. Dal pane, tarallini, primi secondi contorni e dolci. Complimenti agli chef per la bravura nella preparazione dei piatti, per l'attenzione alla non contaminazione per il senza glutine. Grazie mille ragazzi sarete un punto di riferimento a Capri quando ritorneremo ❤️

24/10/2024: Este lugar es una necesidad cuando en Capri. La comida es increíble, el ambiente es genial, el staf es muy educado, profesional y amable. Yo estaba allí con un grupo de amigos y probamos muchas cosas del menú. No puedo decidir cuál es mi favorito. Cuentan con una bodega que ofrece numerosos vinos, no solo italianos, sino españoles, franceses, alemanes... y hay un enólogo que le ayudará a maridarlos con la comida. Experiencia perfecta. Sin duda volveré allí de nuevo, tan pronto como esté de vuelta en Capri.

05/01/2025: We had the best experience there about 10-12 years ago, very romantic, attentive services were supreme, incredible murals/ceiling in the big suite, giant marble tub, any food and wine and… any time, luxurious. We went back with 2 friends of ours another time and then not quite as romantic! I would recommend for 2.

10/01/2025: Rose is my favourite flavour, scent, anything. And gelato is my lifeblood. So you know I lit up when I found this place on our visit to Genova. The lady inside was SO kind and offered us all types of testers. It was Halloween so she had some exciting seasonal flavours, but I went for a classic Crema and the very exciting Rose flavour. The Crema was perfect, an ideal milky creamy taste. And the Rose is great for those who are perhaps less inclined to try such a fantastic flavour. Perhaps I would’ve wished for it have a slightly stronger aroma because I’m mad about roses but this gelato was still gorgeous! I recommend it wholeheartedly!!!!! Much love ❤️
