21/06/2025: After many years my wife and I returned to this trattoria serving typical Ligurian cuisine with many outdoor tables scattered in the woods and in the garden. It specializes in meat and is located in Le Manie on the hills of Finale Ligure, which can be reached via a long drive uphill from Finale Ligure or Spotorno. A curiosity: the name Briga is the name of the hill where the trattoria is located. There is also a large outdoor parking lot that can be used. We sat outside in the woods and ordered: - Antipasto misto "Briga" that we shared, a traditional starter from the Ligurian hinterland - ravioli au tuccu, Ligurian-style ravioli Finally, as main courses: two Grigliata Briga, the Great Classic of the Osteria For dessert, I had an extraordinary and unforgettable chocolate and raspberry cake. Needless to say, we enjoyed everything, everything was abundant, exquisite, delicious, excellent, wonderful. The staff was quite large, welcoming, smiling, competent, friendly and helpful, and the service was attentive, fast, and the prices were fair for the excellent quality of the meat!! Needless to say we liked everything everything abundant exquisite delicious excellent wonderful. The staff were quite numerous welcoming smiling competent friendly and helpful and the service was attentive fast and fair prices for the excellent quality of the meat!!

26/06/2025: I went for lunch here. I had very good services from my waiter. I loved the carbonara and the local wine from Lazio. I recommend more than anyone visiting Rome, closer to Piazza Navona.

23/06/2025: Very nice place, characteristic the menu is not very extensive but I must say very well-kept with seasonal products. From bread to dessert everything is homemade. A few more vegetarian dishes would not be bad. The waitresses are very prepared and competent and explain the dishes perfectly. Delicious desserts. Medium-high prices.

22/06/2025: Perhaps the best restaurant I have tried in Pavia. I can't help but speak highly of the welcome, the preparation of the girls, the kindness, without forgetting the courses of course. We had an appetizer that we shared, various hot and cold tastings, the carpaccio was changed for me because I don't eat cheese and I hadn't warned, everything was good, prepared with care and presented very well. To follow we had the squares of riciola on a cream of peas and mint with crispy bacon, delicious and what a figure. Congratulations

13/07/2025: Unique atmosphere, with a large central grill where you can choose your fish and watch it cook. We were initially offered a very good appetizer. Then the mixed antipasti from Oasi were good. Risotto alla Val Pisani, bordering on overcooked, could have been cooked a little more al dente and perhaps even served in a larger quantity. I'm not a particular fan of fish dishes, but there were four of us and we ordered an eel and two soaso, for a total of almost 2 kg. I was impressed with the fish dishes... excellent! Service was fairly quick, the staff friendly (the owner, however, could have smiled, at least when it came to the bill; he seemed to be doing us a favor). As I said, I'm no expert on fish dishes and their prices, but for what we've said and two desserts plus water and wine, it was €280. It doesn't seem cheap, but it's a restaurant where, if I were to be in that area again (I'm from Milan), I'd go back.

17/06/2025: Decent food, burnt eel, there were 6 of us and the dishes arrived one at a time, the two risottos arrived almost immediately, while the grills arrived 1 hour later, they served the grills first to the table that arrived later than us

20/07/2025: The mussel ragu rigatoni was top notch! The cuttlefish dish was also perfectly tender. Refreshing change from the typical hearty heavy cuisine in this region

08/06/2025: Delicious wine shop that offers a variety of excellent wines, not to mention the fantastic Gin Aroma of its own production. You can't miss stopping by if you are passing through Tortona. Furthermore, the food proposals are excellent and of the highest quality. I will always and only return there when I happen to be in those parts again.

03/06/2025: The restaurant offers delicious food and well-crafted drinks, all set in a lovely location that’s great for a relaxed outing. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. However, the strong floral scent in the space was a bit overwhelming and clashed with the enjoyment of the food. Despite that, it was an overall pleasant experience and worth a visit.

30/05/2025: This is a perfect place to make a stop and have a beverage. Cannot tell about food since we only had coffee. However, the view and the ambiance is very nice.
