Extremely kind and attentive staff, excellent food expertly paired with superior wines. A perfect evening in a wonderful historic restaurant. You don't stumble upon Isola Dovarese by chance; it's a little gem nestled in the Po Valley waiting to be discovered, and La Crepa is part of it.

Excellent food, excellent service. The main dining room was a bit chaotic, but luckily we were in a side room. Otherwise, the atmosphere is very nice. The tasting menu is highly recommended, which, out of curiosity and indulgence, we supplemented with a portion of ravioli in broth, split in half (pictured, the half portion). Easy parking in the square in front.

We had a great time as always... but unfortunately I have to say that we bought the mixed fruit mustard... asking for it to be like the one served in the restaurant with boiled meats because it was divine... we were told yes... today for a family lunch we opened it but with great regret it was very different... not because of the fruit but because of the level of acidity... they were two different worlds. I'm sorry to have to say it but we were disappointed...

08/04/2026: I visited Hosteria del Cavo and had an overall positive experience, especially for those looking for a simple and unpretentious meal. The trios of risottos are delicious, varied and well-executed, ideal for sampling multiple dishes at once. The appetizer buffet is simple, yet pleasant and in keeping with the restaurant's style. Another plus is definitely the reasonable price, making this osteria an interesting choice for an informal meal with good value.
02/04/2026: Excellent traditional trattoria specializing in risottos, with a wide selection that invites you to return time and time again, given the opportunity. We also really enjoyed the vegetarian appetizer buffet and an excellent dessert. Highly recommended!

11/10/2025: The best pizza of my life -hands down! I've had pizza in many places, but this one truly stands out. The flavor, the texture, the balance -absolutely unforgettable. Every bite felt like a celebration. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, and the space itself was warm, stylish, and full of good energy. You feel cared for the moment you walk in. If you're anywhere near Bergamo, do yourself a favor and eat here. It's not just a meal -it's a memory.
10/10/2025: Hidden gem of a restaurant. I was recommended this by a colleague who had eaten here before. We trusted his word and tried this restaurant. It's small, tucked out of the main tourist street and is a charming restaurant. Service was friendly, the atmosphere relaxed and inviting. We ordered two pizza, a whine, water and coke. The whine was fantastic and pizza was delicious. Cooked fresh in a real pizza oven. Prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend.
