The famous and incredibly tender and flavorful Florentine steak, I've never seen anything like it, it melts in your mouth..., prepared and served by the dear @serginhoroncaratti and @reroncaratti. Steak of origin matured by @dariocecchinimacellaio Dario Cechini, the most famous butcher in the world! 🇧🇷🇮🇹❤️ An unparalleled gastronomic experience!! In fact, everything at Il Vescovino is too good, starting with the affection of the Roncarati family!! I 1000% recommend a visit, in the heart of Tuscany, in a 1000-year-old village, a wonderful place and excellent service by this Brazilian family that is a success in beautiful Tuscany!

We chose this restaurant the night before we left Panzano and we were so glad we did. It was by far the best meal we had in our week's stay there. The staff are friendly and welcoming and oh the views.....just amazing. There were eight of us and we all enjoyed the food immensely. My son and daughter-in-law were bowled over by the Steak Fiorentina. Every course was a culinary delight! A must visit if you are in Panzano or the surrounding area.

Service was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall feeling of being taken care of. If you’re in Panzano, this is an easy recommendation for a genuine and memorable meal in Chianti.

Il Vescovino Ristorante is a nice restaurant with a beautiful view outside, which makes the setting feel really special. Unfortunately, it was already fully reserved when I visited, so I had to sit inside instead. Even so, the indoor seating was still very comfortable and pleasant, with a cozy atmosphere that didn’t feel disappointing at all. The food was good and well-prepared, and the overall experience was still enjoyable despite not getting the outdoor table. It’s a place I’d still recommend, especially if you don’t mind either indoor or outdoor seating — both seem to offer a nice experience in their own way.

The view is simply incredible, the kind that makes the experience begin even before the food. The staff is super attentive and the service is very careful. They speak Portuguese. The pasta al tartufo was memorable, extremely flavorful, and the tagliata di manzo was cooked to perfection, very well executed. I confess that, being an Italian restaurant run by Brazilians, I was a little apprehensive that it might be more of a "tourist trap," but it was exactly the opposite. It surprised me very positively. Without a doubt, one of the best meals we had in Tuscany!!!! It deserves all the praise.
