One of the best meats I ate in Italy! The pasta ragú di manzo was also divine! Ambiance and panoramic view, with welcoming and first-class service! I will definitely come back

When there is no pathos, but very tasty...
We visited during the peak off-season (end of February), I’m sure it’s very nice here in the summer - there’s a great view from the veranda

a dispetto della giornata "uggiosa" che non ci ha purtroppo permesso di godere a pieno del panorama sulle colline circostanti, questo ristorante ha soddisfatto a pieno il nostro palato con prodotti di qualità ed un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo...la tagliata alla panzanese si scioglieva in bocca, uova e pici al tartufo ci hanno più che soddisfatto, così come il tiraimsù conclusivo che era veramente squisito...abbiamo chiamato alle 12:30 (eravamo in 2 con 2 cani) e prenotato senza problemi per le 14:00 (sicuramente aiutati dalla giornata uggiosa)...ci torneremo sicuramente a primavera in una giornata soleggiata per poter sfruttare il loro terrazzo panoramico!

Om du orkar gå nästan hela vägen från torget upp till kyrkan i Panzano, kommer du till denna underbara restaurang. Den fantastiska utsikten vi hade var bara den värd besöket.
Maten var helt perfekt, jag måste bara rekommendera den antipasto jag år åt. Det var "Tartare di melanzane con lampone, miele e mento", alltså äggplanta med hallon. Normalt är jag ingen större älskare av aubergine men detta var helt makalöst gott. Jag försökte få receptet av kocken, men tyvärr inte, helt förståeligt.
Till maten drack vi av lokala vingården Fattoria Le Fontis goda viner.
Ett utmärkt bemötande av personalen gjorde denna middag till en perfekt avslutning på våra 5 dagar i vår favoritby Panzano.
