The atmosphere of the restaurant is intimate and elegant. Impeccable service. Eating there becomes a real experience, highly recommended for an intimate dinner

Fantastic location, fantastic staff, fantastic food! As for the wines, despite both of us being sommeliers, we were advised on a different wine to pair with each dish and what can I say... everything was perfect! Well done!

We had the pleasure of having dinner several times in this restaurant, both with the smartbox that was given to us and without. Every time the experience has been positive, both for the excellent cuisine and for the attentive service in the room. I would like to point out only one "negative" note. At the beginning of dinner we were asked if we would like a welcome bubble and when we said yes we were served 2 glasses of Collavini Ribolla Gialla. We then ordered a bottle to accompany dinner and as always it was a beautiful experience for the palate. It's a shame that the 2 welcome glasses are on the bill, which have little impact on the final bill, but which in our humble opinion should not be offered as welcome glasses. Apart from this, an absolutely experience worth trying for the wonderful environment, the excellent dishes and the excellent waiters who put everyone at ease and make the evening very pleasant.

Ottimo pranzo oggi. We opted for the meat menu. An explosion of flavors that enchanted our taste buds. Bravo to the chef for his creativity and for the presentation of his dishes. Thanks also to the staff who provided impeccable service. We were pampered. We also had the immense pleasure of being able to greet and congratulate the chef. We will come back on our next trip to Friul and highly recommend this excellent restaurant.

I hadn't been there for a few years... I remembered the excellent food, the friendly staff, as well as the heart-pounding and breathtaking location... today I can only improve my opinion even more: huge compliments to Chef Giuseppe and to all its staff. A truly sublime experience from the moment we were welcomed to the exit. I certainly won't wait that long again to visit you again. Well done and still good, you can see the passion and love for what you do.

Restaurant on two floors, refined and refined. Both rooms have a fireplace. A la carte menu or with the possibility of choosing between a fish and meat menu. Balanced wine list, the maître will be able to recommend possible pairings with the dishes. Seasonal raw materials of excellent quality, table service impeccable in terms of professionalism and kindness. Costs in line with the quality of the service (e.g. fish tasting menu at €55, excluding drinks). There is also the possibility of an aperitif with a view of the plain from the viewpoint in front of the restaurant. Highly recommended!

A beautiful place! When you arrive, you will find a beautiful old building and a garden with stone walls that allow you to admire the city in all its splendor. At 8:30 we were greeted by the ringing of church bells, which is located in the same place, giving the space an even more mystical character. Afterwards, once at the restaurant, we decided to try the fish menu; the chef delighted us with a perfectly delicious combination.

Unique atmosphere and gastronomic experience, a journey through flavours, inside the Borgo di Fagagna, an oasis of peace. Young, attentive and VERY professional service. The high expectations were absolutely confirmed. Too bad the absence of the Chef who we would have liked to meet. Maybe next time. Highly recommended, thanks to all the staff.

La location è veramente molto bella e curata. Disposta su due piani, presenta un bel giardino ed una vista incantevole. Non condivido la scelta di un menù degustazione che deve essere scelto da tutti i commensali altrimenti non ordinabile. Veniamo al menu’, condivido la scelta di un menù con pochi piatti. Tuttavia i piatti non hanno incontrato la mia soddisfazione sia per gli abbinamenti che per la quantità. Cameriere non all’altezza, ho chiesto se nel piatto di pasta e fagioli con le triglie, le triglie fossero spinate o intere e mi ha risposto intere. Un altro cameriere ha mostrato un ghigno alla scelta del vino. Non riesco ad esprimere lo stesso giudizio positivo di altri ospiti sul servizio. Mi aspettavo di più

Unbedingt reservieren, sonst ist es fast unmöglich einen Tisch zu bekommen. Sehr nettes Personal, wirklich überaus freundlich! Gemütliche Tische in der Enoteca im Erdgeschoss direkt am Feuer. Wir haben das 5 Gänge Menü bestellt, als Gruß aus der Küche gab es einen köstlich frittierten Steinpilz mit Trüffelcreme, danach Beef Tartar, Tiramisu aus Steinpilzen, Tagliatelle mit Steinpilzen und Kalbsragu, niedrig Temperatur gegartes Ei auf Käsecreme mit Trüffel, Panna Cotta. Sehr gut, aber extrem kleine Portionen. Dazu hatten wir insgesamt 4 Glas Wein und haben mehr als 140€ bezahlt. Es ist gut, aber den Preis nicht wert, um diesen Preis bekommt man in anderen Lokalen in Friaul deutlich ,,mehr".
