27/08/2025: If you're looking for 5-star dining at reasonable prices in a seaside resort like Lignano, Bar Italia is the perfect place. Papa cooks here himself. It's truly traditional Italian. Nothing is reheated here. Everything is freshly cooked. The taste of the food is simply incredible. An explosion of flavors in your mouth. There's a wealth of truly amazing dishes. And the finest cocktails. We discovered the bar on our third day and ate here exclusively from then on.

01/02/2026: The owner only serves clients who order more expensive seafood dishes. If you stop by for pizza, you are treated more like a bum. We wanted pizza, then we were told that they were not baking that day. Okay, we understood and ordered another. The grilled calamari was cold. The waiter had a cold attitude. When we paid, we noticed that the pizzas were baked, because the pizza chef was preparing them in front of us. It was clear that the waiter was uncomfortable when he noticed that we saw this. In short, the pizza parlor is not worth visiting. Every guest deserves the same treatment

The atmosphere was pleasant, and the pizza was quite good.
Those who ordered pizza, despite paying €2.50 per person for the cover charge, didn't even get a piece of bread or a packet of breadsticks to munch on while they waited.
Unfortunately, at a certain point, a strong sewer smell filled the area where we were having lunch. Luckily, we were already at the cafe and left immediately.

We had the pork ribs, which were good and well-cooked, perhaps with a little too much sauce, and the asado, which was tough and the slices were too thin and therefore a bit dry. €60 for two dishes and two glasses of wine is a bit excessive.

But recently, they've renovated a lot, expanding their menu to include grilled chicken, fries 🍟, and kebabs.
The owner took over from her father and is doing him proud... great.

26/09/2025: Truly excellent pizzeria! The pizzas are incredibly tasty, with a very digestible dough and always generous, top-quality toppings.
I also tried the grilled chicken: tender and flavorful, truly delicious. The kebab is the best in the area. Sara and Alex are always kind, smiling, and super helpful. It's always a pleasure to stop by! ❤️

31/12/2025: The place is dated but pleasant and clean. The staff is friendly, but the management is a bit sketchy: two of us had lunch, and the room was only 50% full. Twice, after we'd ordered from the menu, the waiter returned to say the dishes weren't available; on the third attempt, they made it... The food and value were average.

03/04/2026: Passing through Pesaris, we stopped at this place, which doesn't look like much from the outside, partly on the recommendation of the grocery store owner. It was a truly positive experience, and we'll definitely be back. The staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive, and delicious, traditional food. The macarons were exceptional, as were the frico and vegetable meatballs. Everything was authentic and meticulously prepared! The wait was very short, and the prices were good. Convenient parking. Definitely worth a try!

Service was attentive and the hostess was very kind.
Nice dining room with a beautiful burning stove.
Will definitely be back.
