02/07/2025: Restaurant found on the fly as soon as I arrived in Ronchi dei Legionari (which is about 20 minutes away by highway) slightly later than expected, they made us dine almost at midnight with cordiality and friendliness even giving us the possibility to choose between pizzeria and kitchen. Average food but at very reasonable prices. Certainly recommended for a quick lunch or dinner and at times when other restaurants tell you they are closing.

10/08/2025: Bar serving sandwiches and toasted sandwiches. Perfect for a quick business lunch. Also available is a tobacconist.

07/09/2025: Very disappointed because it says outside that the kitchen is open from 11am to 10pm. I arrived at 4pm and they told me that if you want to eat something, ask for a sandwich at the bar!!! What do you think?

12/08/2025: Nice place, large, with four rooms plus an outdoor terrace. Always clean. Excellent pizza!!! I, for example, love the 'celida' pizza... I always order it. They have several different types of dough to choose from. The owner and staff are always truly kind, professional, and polite. Highly recommended, even for large groups.

08/08/2025: Great restaurant. Large menu, from fish to meat to pizza. My favorite pizza is the Bud Spencer. Thin crust and plenty of toppings. Moderate prices. Service is fast and friendly, with a basic knowledge of German. Nothing has changed in 2022. Still great. 08/2023 Food continues to be of good quality. Everything else is OK. 08/2024 Quality is still good. 08/2025 They go out of their way to please their guests. Excellent service.

10/08/2025: As a celiac, I'd like to point out that the waitress, by not reporting my situation to the kitchen, put me in danger. I advise my celiac colleagues to check that their order was delivered with the celiac disease information. Excellent restaurant, excellent food, but intolerances shouldn't be overlooked. And those who pretend to have them only create problems for the kitchen and the customers.

21/08/2025: We went here for lunch. The staff were very kind and smiling. The dishes were delicious and well-prepared, with excellent product quality. The atmosphere was comfortable and homey. We'll definitely be back!

04/08/2025: I took a week-long vacation in July 2025. It was a wonderful holiday for me. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, catering to all tastes, as was dinner. The owners and staff were very friendly and eager to accommodate every need. The hotel is very close to the city center yet away from the hustle and bustle. Ample parking. Bike rental available (which is a plus), and it's very close to the Alpe Adria cycle path. I highly recommend it.

08/07/2025: Good value for money hotel. Good breakfast with a wide selection. A 10-15 minute walk from the center and restaurants.

23/08/2025: Very well-kept and clean environment, the owners and staff are truly friendly, you almost feel at home. The dishes are truly excellent, all of them, without exception (I'm a foodie 😋😁). I highly recommend it!

01/08/2025: A good place if you're stopping in those parts... a place that rhymes with Friuli (see tomato frico, among their offerings) but whose daily offerings deviate a bit from the traditional ones. Here, for example, you can find "pepper tart with anchovies and buffalo mozzarella" (a perfect dish in my opinion) or for a first course: tonnarelli with squid ink and potatoes... (not a bad portion either). A dish that satisfied me and maybe at the next stop, assuming the conditions achieved so far remain unchanged, capable of snatching another star from me. The interior is very pleasant and inviting; I hope they continue to do so, or at least I hope so. Oh, I forgot, I thought it was implicit, but it's better to describe it: welcoming, attentive, scrupulous management who knows how to make the customer feel at ease. Returning after some time, I found the place as already described in the previous review (if not better), dishes above average in taste and inventiveness at a reasonable price... a place that I would still define (for the decor and a bit of everything) of "contained extravagance"... a must stop if you're in the area.
