I found a nice atmosphere with excellent meat dishes and even vegetable side dishes, I can't fault it.

Let me start by saying that I'm not a fan of meat, and undercooked meat even less so. So I ordered a smash burger, which should be well-cooked and crispy, and it arrived raw. My request, "Can you reheat it because the meat is too raw?" was taken literally, and I assumed the entire bun was literally thrown in the oven; the meat remains raw, but now the bread is just disgusting. In my house, if you know you can't cook the meat any more, you just remake the whole bun, which is harder than delivering something like that. If I'd pointed it out again, they probably would have remade it, but it was pretty impossible, given that the waiters are elusive to say the least, and once you order, it's practically impossible to intercept them.

I don't understand why they dropped their partnership with the cinema. One of the great advantages of this restaurant was being able to eat and go to the cinema right after, all thanks to a set menu. Unfortunately, the quality of this chain's dishes isn't great, so I'd need a reason like the one I described above to go there.
The staff is friendly, and the place is comfortable. The fact is, I don't think it will be among my future choices if I have to dine before or after a movie.

Good value for money and a great option for a group of friends. The wait times are quite long, but we weren't in a rush, so it didn't bother us much. Overall, a positive experience.

I wanted to compliment both the head waiter and the waitress who served us. Unfortunately, a burnt burger arrived. I asked for a re-do, and in the meantime, my companion had finished his dinner. They both apologized for the mix-up. When we reached the cashier, the head waiter showed great compassion and professionalism, admitting the mistake and apologizing, even offering a discount on the bill. Mistakes happen, and in this case, they were handled very well. My compliments to both of you. Thank you for your courtesy and expertise.

We had to wait an hour to order and even to receive our food. The service was terrible, very slow and unrefined; we even had to wait a long time for drinks! Terrible.
