25/08/2025: We were there a few weeks ago, a group of 14. We were amazed by the "Queen" table they set up! A baroque-style table with silver cutlery and a truly exquisite table setting! Impeccable service, standard wait times! Mediterranean cuisine with beautifully presented dishes! Overall, we had a great time! Stop going to the usual all-you-can-eat restaurants to gorge on defrosted fish! I'd rather pay 10 euros more and eat special dishes! We'll definitely be back!

24/08/2025: We ate very well, the fish was fresh and perfectly cooked. I ordered the six cold appetizers, and they were all excellent. My kids devoured the spaghetti with clams and bottarga in seconds. The portions were generous. The staff was really kind and attentive with their service. I highly recommend this place.

16/07/2025: I popped in by chance, thinking of a quick snack. I saw toast, which I didn't know this bakery served. I have a sweet tooth for toast, and I like it well done—a seemingly simple thing, but now it's almost a given that I end up eating burnt toast with cold filling. Finally, a place where the well-done toast is truly well done, just the right size, and truly tasty, even down to the filling. It doesn't happen often. A must-try. I also recommend it for the variety of bread available.

Fast and friendly service, delicious food (I recommend the slow-cooked pork shank... amazing!), and incredibly low prices. The last time, six of us ate and drank so much we couldn't get up from our seats, including desserts and three liqueurs, for a total of €189!

14/08/2025: I came with my father and we had the shrimp gnocchi, linguine with clams, and sea bream. The food, the service and the restaurant itself was spectacular. I will be back the next time I visit Trieste

07/09/2025: A sure thing! After our first dinner together almost a year ago, we've become regulars! The atmosphere and staff are formal, yet at the same time absolutely friendly. The cuisine, to our personal taste, is impeccable, with refined ingredients and wines, all top-quality! It's exciting that the menu often offers at least one new dish to discover!

04/09/2025: first time to eat pasta in italy and it exceeded my expectations. we had the gnocchi pasta and the tuna pasta, both were so good, we were eating slowly so that we can savour the food. i highly recommend!

25/07/2025: This is a lovely, local, family run restaurant. Don't come here expecting airs and graces. Instead, come here for the best spaghetti carbonara you're ever likely to eat, wonderful fish of the day and three very special puddings. It's a 'simple' menu, full of classic Italian pasta dishes. It's all delicious. The service was lovely with an excellent wine recommendation. It's never going to be fancy and, to me, the joy of it is that it's not. Just relax, take your time and enjoy the fabulous food.

12/09/2025: Restaurant where I guess people from the area usually go with very fast service If you want to go quietly you have to go after two as most people go back to work They make typical homemade food that I would have liked to try any dish to taste it The place doesn't have many pretensions but is super correct. 10/09/2025: It wasn't the first time I'd been to this trattoria, where, it must be said, the courtesy is a hallmark, as is the quality of the dishes: they are typical of Trieste's tradition (and therefore also Austro-Hungarian and Slovenian) and I'd say very well made, a little "rustic" so to speak. I absolutely must try the horseradish spritz, offered to me by a kind and knowledgeable young lady: I ​​gladly accepted it, because it piqued my curiosity, and I found it fragrant, fresh, sparkling, and thoroughly enjoyable. The bread gnocchi are excellent, with a variety of flavorful toppings (from roast to goulash), the breaded or grilled Lubjanske, the curry zucchini pie, the eggplant parmigiana, the crostini with Liptauer (a truly welcome addition), the desserts... but I'll be back soon to try more. In short: the atmosphere is welcoming, not formal, the service is courteous and punctual, the food is good, and, last but not least, the value is good. In short: well done!
