The teachers are professional, well-prepared, and always available to guide each student with care and passion. The environment is welcoming, stimulating, and suitable for both beginners and those who want to improve. The lessons are well-organized, fun, and engaging, allowing you to learn effectively without sacrificing the pleasure of dancing. Thanks to this school, I've improved my technique, gained more confidence, and met fantastic people. 15/06/2026: It's been almost a year since I joined this dance school, and I can't help but rave about it. It's all fantastic, wonderful, and wonderful. I take classes with different teachers: Francesca, Ylenia, Gabriele, Marco, and Dario (but there are many more, and they continue to grow because there are always so many new and returning students...), and each one has something special compared to the others, a quality I really appreciate. I also have the opportunity to "repeat" classes at previous levels, and of course there's always weekly training, which helps a lot, with a fantastic aperitif at the end: anyone who wants can bring something to share with everyone 🤩 and celebrate together🍹!!!!! For Carnival, we prepared two beautiful choreographies to salsa and bachata music; the Carnival costumes were made by the mother of one of the dance teachers. Participating in the Muggia Carnival parade was an indescribable feeling for me!!!!!!!! And now I can't wait to attend the end-of-year party and start the summer courses again right away. There's always something going on at the salsa workshop 😃 So I wholeheartedly recommend ❤️ everyone to come and try at least once. 16/07/2026: The restaurant looks beautiful. It was very quiet there. The service is very friendly and formal. The bread tasted very good and the amuse-bouche we received had a very surprising flavor. You also get a glass of house prosecco. I had duck breast fillet; the meat was good, but the presentation was very sparse. 2 pieces of caramelized onions and some apple sauce-like dollops. No sauce or side dishes; this was also the case for my partner, who had the Angus steak. The tiramisu and the chocolate ball were very tasty. Definitely recommended!

16/06/2026: I went for a drink one evening. The staff was quick and friendly. The place is very nice, well-kept, and clean inside (both the dining room and the bathroom). They have an interesting beer selection, although I opted for a glass of Malvasia. The drinks are good value, especially considering the location. I looked at the menu; it looks interesting, with a wide variety of food options.

19/05/2026: Excellent meat and fish options (the tagliolini with fish sauce are highly recommended; they're truly delicious). The restaurant is small but very well-maintained and clean. I'd also like to add the attention to table service: the staff is courteous, fast, and friendly.

09/02/2026: It was a nice winter dinner at the end of the year in Modesto 😌 The pizza was delicious. One can choose the "tipo di farina" that is the type of flour for the pizza dough (only 2€ extra). The atmosphere was cozy and warm. We enjoyed the desserts too (torta della nonna, crema catalana). The decoration with ship models is charming. Overall, it was a wonderful experience in Modesto. I strongly recommend this pizzeria. 🙃

28/12/2025: The food was excellent, but unfortunately there were some minor misunderstandings with the waitress! These were later resolved.

18/07/2026: We've been twice and had a wonderful time. The generous portions are of the highest quality. The raw fish platter is well worth a try, as are the mixed antipasti, which are truly excellent. Linguine with lobster are superb, as are the spaghetti with mussels. The price is reasonable for the quality and quantity. This is the best seafood restaurant in Trieste, in my opinion. The service is very professional and attentive, but perhaps a little cold. However, the sommelier on our first visit was very nice and served us a superb Malvasia. Well done, we'll be back soon.

09/07/2026: The freshest fish, cooked to perfection. Well done. We chose oysters and turbot from the daily specials, which were off-menu. Everything was excellent, paired with an extraordinary wine selection, a very fitting New Zealand wine.

10/05/2026: The man who served us was kind and explained everything very well to us even though we didn't speak Italian. The atmosphere was cheerful and homely. There isn't much seating so be prepared to stand, don't let that put you off this place as it adds a special charm and atmosphere. The price is very fair and the food is delicious, something for everyone. There are also numerous wine and drink options.

14/05/2026: A classic place of wonderful consistency. Here, cherished traditions are still preserved with style and a deep love for authenticity. Triestine cuisine is celebrated in this restaurant. Jota, delicate gnocchi, wonderfully creamy fusi with chicken, roast with artichokes, veal shank... ohhh. Excellent wine selection from the region and beyond. Very attentive service and impeccable table manners. Bravo!
