28/04/2025: Cemut is an authentic corner of Trieste where time seems to slow down to let you savor every moment. In the company of friends, we immersed ourselves in the warm and convivial atmosphere of this tavern. The staff welcomed us with great kindness and helpfulness. We have chosen to rely on their selection of local specialties: genuine flavours, very fresh ingredients and simplicity. We opened the evening with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, followed by platters of various frico, and concluded with very tasty frico sandwiches. Competitive prices. Cemut is a place where you return, each time with more enthusiasm.

27/04/2025: Place with excellent typical Friulian food, perfect for an aperitif/dinner. I emphasize the excellence of the service. Even though there was a small mix-up with the order, they were quick to bring us a new dish and even gave us a discount at the end. Very kind staff, especially the blonde-haired girl who served us. Thank you very much for the experience. We will certainly return here if we return to Trieste.

03/05/2025: We returned after many years and were pleasantly surprised by the transformation of the place. Friendly staff, trained and attentive to customer needs; excellent quality food, excellent quality desserts. We will be back soon.

02/05/2025: Recommended by everyone but unfortunately my experience was negative, we ordered a fried dish but unfortunately the breaded and fried prawns were full of ammonia and too salty, however the gnocchi with mojto were decent.

30/04/2025: Small bar not far from the center of Trieste. The very kind owners and their products are baked the same morning. The desserts are delicious and at a fair price. There are some tables inside and two small peninsulas outside
