We finally managed to get a reservation at this small seafood restaurant in Trieste. The fish was incredibly fresh, and some dishes were original in their combinations. The owner is very kind and friendly; it was very hot, so she brought me a fan. A very positive experience, fair prices.

Simple, well-kept, and excellent value. Outdoor seating in the summer.
The restaurant itself is very small, with a family atmosphere.
Simple menu, quality seafood!
I tried the sardoni marinari all'arancia, a true delight, not to mention the fresh tuna carpaccio with almond flakes and the bonito with cherry tomatoes.
Everything simple, excellent quality.
As soon as I return to Trieste, I will definitely be back.

If you're looking for perfectly prepared Italian-style fish, this is the place to go. The cuisine is outstanding, and the friendly service is second to none.
Our advice: Go and enjoy it to the fullest!
But you should definitely make a reservation beforehand – or arrive well in advance.

First time in Trieste, we stumbled upon this osteria almost by accident (we saw the excellent reviews on Google), and we couldn't have been luckier! The place is centrally located, but on a side street, so it's not crowded. It has tables outside (perfect for enjoying the weather this time of year), where we dined. The owner, a delightful person, welcomed and served us: attentive, kind, and friendly. We ordered two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, wine, water, and grappa; everything was delicious. The prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended, a 10 out of 10!

Such a beautiful hidden treasure. The food was absolutely amazing and the pasta seafood one of the best pastas I've ever had. The personnel was super sweet and thoughtful and the ambiance was amazing.

A very intimate place, with a warm welcome from the legendary young waiter, Christian, who is very witty and empathetic, and makes you feel at home. Very good food. Recommended.

We had a magical evening at the Osteria. The atmosphere was truly wonderful, and the food was fantastic! Many thanks to the incredibly friendly waitress and the amazing (small, but all the more authentic for it) kitchen. We'll definitely be back!

A very nice, small, authentic restaurant in a quiet side street. Excellent service, very attentive. Everything is freshly prepared. The spaghetti allo scoglio is highly recommended.
