20/08/2024: One word: unexpected. My friends and I found this place a bit by chance and I must say that it was a pleasant discovery. The staff was super friendly and made you feel comfortable. The food was delicious and the fish was fresh. Very good prices. If I were to return to Trieste I would happily return.

23/07/2024: I have known the pizzeria Trattoria 2001 for more than 30 years!! I must say that it is a great pleasure to return to eat at Mr. Giuseppe, the pizza is as good as it was then, the first courses are also delicious, a clean rustic place. fair prices, friendly staff. I highly recommend this pizzeria restaurant, congratulations.👍👍

14/08/2024: Place in full Irish Pub style, wooden furnishings decorated with vintage and comic advertising references, long and spacious counter, excellent selection of craft beers from all over the world and 200% spot-on music playlist We ordered 2 burgers and chips to share: we struggled to eat everything, very generous portions! Mikeburger you absolutely must try, the cheeseburger is also very good. The icing on the cake: the barman (I imagine also the owner) was very kind and extremely helpful. In conclusion: maybe not the classic "tourist-catching" place like so many in the city, but it's really worth going there to start or end the evening in a worthy way

12/08/2024: We had a fantastic experience at this pub! Good, tasty beers. Special liking to the Porter one. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening out. Tasty and filling pub food, especially the fries. A nice music selection that added to the great vibe. Highly recommended!

19/08/2024: Pleasant discovery in an area a little away from the centre. Small but very nice and pleasant environment, courteous and helpful staff, quick service. Very well prepared and good quality dishes (the goulash was very good)...perhaps just a pinch of more quantity in some dishes, given the still reasonable prices, would have been perfect in my opinion.

24/08/2024: In vacanza a Trieste, alla scoperta dei luoghi, decidiamo di fare una sosta nell’ Osmiza Gabrovec Ivan. Esperienza bellissima: cibo ottimo, location accogliete e ben curata, servizio informale che ci fa sentire a casa. Buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Da provare ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

22/08/2024: Atmosfera fantastica! Il luogo, con al centro il suo albero di noci, era davvero bellissimo, il servizio era super veloce e il cibo è delizioso, soprattutto i dolci!

31/07/2024: Attractive hiking paths - might get crowded on sunny weekends! Some nice spot for a short swim as well. ! hours walk to the big waterfall. The ascent to the vase is a bit tricky - good hiking shoes are essential.

17/08/2024: In arrivo dal Montenegro.....con destinazione Milano.....abbiamo avuto la fortuna di provare la spettacolare cucina di questo ristorante. Ambiente più che famigliare, piatti che escono dalla cucina sono buonissimi ...dagli antipasti al dolce.....senza tralasciare il loro bianco .....e che dire del sostitutivo del caffe😉.....dopo aver scambiato due chiacchiere con i proprietari lasciamo il locale più che Soddisfatti Braviiiii

09/08/2024: Hello everyone, we experienced a really delicious diner. After a long travel through Italy, where we couldn’t find any asian restaurant, we were happy to find HOPS as a mixed, fun, diverse restaurant. The waiters were friendly, so we felt comfortable. They even gave us recommendations for Trieste, better than any tourist guide ;) we would highly recommend that place not only for the good food, but also for the experience, the ambience and the traditional liquor they gave us as a present. We had a good time and if you want to have that too go and visit HOPS !!

21/08/2024: Beautiful cafe just off the main road. Quiet and well decorated. Food was delicious, eggs combo with bacon and pancake really was made to perfection. Service was impeccable with the staff being very attentive and additionally helping me find my next place to go to get some work done as well as recommending shops for my needs. This place is a reasonably significant part of my decision to come back to Trieste in the future. Great people, place and produce.

18/08/2024: I have always loved this place for many years, they consistently strive for excellence, it’s cozy, staff are very welcoming and the food is simply divine. Today I went with my kids for brunch, I ordered the Avocado toast con uovo all’ occhio, it was the best avocado toast I ever had in my life and I am world traveler who just adores food, and this was delightful. I highly recommend!!

25/08/2024: I've been to this place (discovered by chance while wandering around Trieste). Very basic place (just the way I like it). The girl who serves at the table is very knowledgeable and friendly. Place where you eat good fish (fresh) and drink well. A very familiar environment where you feel welcomed. I recommend it to anyone who is in or coming to Trieste. If you want a place where you eat good and fair fish and want to spend with good value for money, then take a look. 23/08/2024: Ristorante carinissimo e vicinissimo al centro che offre piatti di pesce tipici della zona. Ci siamo trovati benissimo grazie alla bontà dei piatti e ottima anche l’accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale! Consigliatissimo il pesce nel cartoccio ! Un caro saluto ad Alessandra che è stata gentilissima e soprattutto simpaticissima !
