04/04/2024: Review of the experience with a trip with three classes of eighth graders, March 2024. The rating (2/5) is mainly linked to the full board service which is responsible for the management of the restaurant. As for the hotel, however, the experience was very good (so raise your rating). The trip included two nights' accommodation, two breakfasts, two buffet dinners and two lunch boxes. The travel agency tried to negotiate with the hotel/restaurant regarding the supplement of €10 PER MEAL PER PERSON for those with food intolerances, food allergies and specific diets. In our case we had 3 people who were lactose intolerant, 1 who was allergic to gluten and 2 who don't eat pork (out of a total of 50 people). The supplement for intolerances/allergies/specific dietary regimes, in 2024, I think is unthinkable, but the tight deadlines forced us not to be able to do otherwise and to continue with the booking. We have reached an agreement to pay the supplement only for the two lunch boxes made up as follows: "Standard" basket with two ham and cheese sandwiches, water, fruit juice and a snack. "Lactose-free" basket: two sandwiches with only ham, water, juice and THE SAME SNACK WITH LACTOSE. Gluten-free basket: sandwich with gluten-free bread and only cheese, water, juice, usual snack. Basket without pork: sandwiches with only cheese, water, juice and snack. I would say that we can all agree that REMOVING a few ingredients from the standard sandwich is not justifiable by an extra €10 per meal. The snack with lactose in the basket for the lactose intolerant could be worth reporting. Fortunately, having noticed the situation, we did not eat the snack. The next day, having pointed out the situation, instead of the snack there was fruit, otherwise everything was the same as on the first day. Finally, the dinner buffet had several choices also suitable for various allergies/intolerances/specific diets so the €10 supplement would have been practically a steal. I feel sorry for the hotel that discounts a service that is not adequate for 2024 by the restaurant. Specific allergies/intolerances/diet regimes are now the order of the day and charging a supplement is, to say the least, inappropriate, especially if no real alternative is proposed.

30/03/2024: The TVs in the room do not work, a previous user's toothbrush and toothpaste in the room, non-existent soap, rude and arrogant staff, minimal portions, no problem solving skills, breakfast prior access with a ticket without which you cannot access, absurd requests for each minimum service. Worst place in 20 years of travel.
