20/03/2026: A lovely traditional trattoria with excellent service and very friendly staff, ready to accommodate every request. This trattoria often hosts events like boiled meat evening, risotto tours, and more. I go there often and will continue to do so. The food is highly rated and of excellent quality.

08/03/2026: AWFUL GUSTARISO experience The rice was overcooked and salty, unworthy of the event. This place doesn't do justice to such a high-quality product. I wouldn't go back. If you look at the Instagram photos of the dishes at the event, they don't match the reality.

30/09/2025: My friends and I went there one summer evening. The atmosphere was beautiful and it was a pleasure to eat surrounded by the nature of the Carrega woods! Classic food, but with fresh ingredients, and a fair price.

25/05/2026: The hotel is in a great location for walking to the center, but there's no parking. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed.

21/01/2026: Lunch portions seem to have shrunk significantly lately. The sushi pieces are getting smaller and smaller, and the fish content is increasingly scarce. I would have preferred a price increase rather than a reduction in the quality/quantity of the dishes. It's a shame. Takeout seems to have remained unchanged; let's hope it stays that way.

25/01/2026: You can buy a salami and be charged 30 cents for a paper bag with their logo!!!!!????? 🤬 The same thing had already happened at the Noceto store, and then there were not one salami but several!!!!! Made a review at the time.... Repetita iuvant!!!! Not to mention (it happened a while ago) the cheese was packaged on a greasy work surface and when I got home I had to change the packaging since it was a gift!!!🤬 We're not there...... Absolutely not!

20/06/2026: Evening with live music, they put us outside (mid-June in Parma) under a canopy with no air circulation, it was sickly hot; they didn't even provide a fan. Slow service with an interminable line. There was no burger selection, there were only two on the menu (one with meat and one vegetarian), and the price was €15 for a mediocre sandwich with very few fries, served on a disposable paper plate. Beers were €6 each, and they didn't even fill the glass to the top. I'm attaching a photo of my beer as it was handed to me before I drank it. Soon, they ran out of glasses and started selling beers (also €6 each) in plastic cups. I should add that all the tables were booked, so they knew full well how many people would be there; they weren't caught off guard. It looked like it was their first day at work. One of the worst places I've tried in Parma.
