18/09/2025: This is my first time here, recommended by friends. I have to say the owners are wonderful, and their kindness shines through in their delicious, authentic dishes. The falafel are delicious, as are the kebabs. They also have a wide selection of pizzas. You can eat outside at the tables. I give it a 10! I'll definitely be back!

11/06/2025: Today the best kebab in parma lots of meat, which is rare nowadays. Everyone is full of vegetables only. Well done well done. The pizza is also fantastic. Highly recommended.

14/01/2026: We stayed at the hotel for convenience, thanks to a special offer related to the event being held in the same conference rooms. Upon our arrival, we immediately received different treatment from the other guests. Arriving at 1:00 PM, we were told the rooms would be ready at 2:00 PM. It's a shame that other attendees, acquaintances of ours, were able to get their rooms earlier, even in the morning. The room immediately appeared dilapidated, with dust all over the furniture. The windows were the most appalling, due to their location, cleanliness, and neglect; one of them had a large crack in the glass. Regarding breakfast, I have to say we struggled to find a table. The selection wasn't the widest, just barely adequate. The biggest problem was the only two hot drink machines, which caused endless queues, and the toaster was slow. I'd say the whole thing was a bit undersized for the number of rooms occupied. Not to mention the ensuite bathroom: the sink filled up very easily, even just while brushing my teeth. The old-fashioned Jacuzzi tub, with its yellow jets, worked, but I couldn't take the bath I'd have liked due to flooding. Since I was in the last room, I thought taking a bath at night wouldn't bother anyone, as there were no rooms below. But then, due to the overflowing tub, I called reception, no one answered, and I had to send my partner to get help. Upon checkout, the reception manager thought it best to say "sorry" to make us forget all the inconvenience we'd experienced at the start. Having worked as a manager in the industry, I have to say I'm even more disappointed by the lack of consideration than by the obvious structural issues with the hotel.

28/12/2025: Remembering a lunch a few years ago, we booked for Sunday, December 28th (today), 12:45-1:00 PM. We drove almost 2 hours and found everything closed... they didn't even answer the phone, since you couldn't understand why, nor was I notified why the place was closed. Management has probably changed, but they're not serious; definitely avoid.

22/07/2025: I got two takeout pizzas this evening, but alas, I wasn't disappointed, more than that. The atmosphere was lacking in empathy, but that's what happened a moment ago, let's get to the pizzas. One diavola and one vegetariana. The dough was hard as sole. The vegetables????? The peppers were almost raw, and to think they came from a frozen and "previously" cooked vegetable platter. Maybe they needed a little more care. Sorry, but an experience worth repeating...and yet I didn't have any negative reviews of this pizzeria...any problems?????

17/10/2025: My favorite bar, the owners are very helpful; he's a laugh, she's very precise. The menu is super and very tasty, you never leave unsatisfied. I recommend it to everyone, especially during lunch break! Congratulations

18/09/2025: Ok, everything is fine, the service is ok, but in the morning you need to put someone a little faster, it's not normal, since there's only one customer who takes 6 minutes to get a slice of pizza or a bottle of water because the woman has to make the nice little package, etc. and it's not the first time, change staff in the morning!!!
