A lovely traditional trattoria with excellent service and very friendly staff, ready to accommodate every request. This trattoria often hosts events like boiled meat evening, risotto tours, and more. I go there often and will continue to do so. The food is highly rated and of excellent quality.

We had dinner for boiled meats and had a great time. The food was really good, tender and flavorful, accompanied by tasty and well-prepared sauces. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. It was definitely a successful evening, and we'll be happy to return.

09/04/2026: My favorite enoteca in Parma. Antica Enoteca Fontana offers an outstanding, thoughtfully curated selection of regional wines, each full of character. It’s a welcoming spot—even with kids—where the food is perfectly designed to complement the wine experience. I could even see the nonna cooking in the kitchen, which made it feel truly authentic. Francesco, our waiter, was knowledgeable, warm, and incredibly helpful—especially if Italian isn’t your strongest language.

Bar Risto La Baita di Chiastre

08/10/2025: Discovered by chance while driving to the Salti di Diavolo on the way back to Parma. A wonderful place for a quick break with a glass of wine 🍷 or something... if everything's as good as the bruscette, then congratulations... highly recommended if it's on your route.
25/09/2025: Great little shack "in the middle of nowhere". Super friendly staff and really good food for a place of the beaten path.
