Everything was delicious, the place is very clean and the waiters are very kind, you can order 5 dishes every 10 minutes, after 5 dishes I'm full, if someone like me needs help with the order with the tablet, the first time I was really in difficulty because I'm not very good with technology, the waitress was wonderful, incredibly kind

We stopped by by chance because it was one of the few open on Sundays after 1 PM. It was obviously packed, but that's okay. Overall service? Excellent: they saw us, immediately found us a table (cleaned from the ground up), and had us seated in 5 minutes. Varied menu (perhaps too much) with lots of interesting options. SMALL portions (a great thing for an all-you-can-eat place), so you don't overdo it, and if you like, you can reorder whenever you want. The food? Good, some standard dishes, some truly delicious (salmon tartare, "kiyomi" specials, the very filling gunkan). Modern and spotless bathrooms. Huge dining room, with an attractive, modern ceiling and trendy decor. The flaws? The wait and the overall organization. The menu works so you can order 10 dishes (10 in number, even the same ones count as separate dishes) every 10 minutes. This means the dishes should arrive in chronological order. Good. Dishes ordered at 2 PM arrived at 2:51 PM! Some, however, arrive in less than 30 seconds. If you're lucky and manage to talk to them, or have to stop them from rushing off, they'll go out of their way to help you and bring you the missing dishes. Luckily, everything arrived within an hour, and we ate well. But they're not very organized... 4-5 dishes arrive in 40 minutes, and then you always have to ask if anything's missing (this happened to ALL the tables around them). I understand the large number of places and the number of dishes, but organize them so that EVERY first order within 10 minutes arrives before the second, and so on... The biggest flaw? They don't clear the table often. They leave you with empty plates, creating piles and piles of empty plates that take up unnecessary space on the table. We had to ask them to do so four times. What a shame! Good price considering it's Sunday lunch. I'm giving it 4 (large) stars because we really enjoyed the food and no one had a bad experience. Really good, shame about those flaws which absolutely need to be improved.

Excellent food, but slow service, and dishes are always missing. Dinner is perhaps the most expensive in the Parma province, and there's no distinction between adults and children.
