01/07/2026: I would have given this place 5 stars because the panini was exquisite. But for two paninis and two Aperol Spritz appetizers (which they didn't bring anything to go with), they charged us each a cover charge (which we didn't use). We had to ask to sit inside with the air conditioning because it was 35 degrees Celsius outside. The place has very nice decor. But the service leaves much to be desired.

01/07/2026: A beautiful, rustic trattoria-style restaurant. It's a shame the seating is so close together, so some tables are a bit cramped. The service was excellent, friendly, from the moment you arrived to the last minute of service. Everything was perfect, with friendliness, politeness, and excellent training. The dishes were all beautiful. I highly recommend it. We had the Giuseppe Verdi risotto, which was very good, and the farmer's platter (as I like to jokingly call it, an ignorant platter). However, the selection of cured meats is perfect for those like me who love traditional, bold flavors. The platter consisted of cracklings (very tender), Mortadella (local), pancetta (exceptional), and finally the cucciolata (perfect and delicious). Thickly sliced ​​and hand-cut. Accompanied by pieces of delicious torta fritta. We washed everything down with a glass of Barbera and a Chianti, wines that are exceptional in both quality and name. I will definitely be back to try other dishes because I left with the curiosity to try everything. Excellent place located in the center, I recommend it.
